[00:01:00] When he was little, my oldest son and a friend had a crazy game they made up called, You Got Served.

[00:01:07] As best as I could ever understand it was sort of like verbal tag, you walked up, said,

[00:01:14] You got served and hurried off before it could be said back to you.

[00:01:19] As I recall it now, there was a movie of the same name around that time that had commercials playing 24-7.

[00:01:27] I think they must have heard the expression, found it funny and off to the races they went.

[00:01:33] Literally.

[00:01:35] There's an expression that's been around for a while that basically says,

[00:01:39] We let others live rent free in our heads.

[00:01:43] In other words, we dedicate an awful lot of time, thought and energy to people who don't have our best interest at heart and want us to fail.

[00:01:54] And because they take up a lot of time, thought and energy without any benefit to us except the loss of those resources,

[00:02:03] it's like letting them live in your house without paying rent for all the utilities they use or food they eat.

[00:02:11] It's time we tell Satan, You Got Served and give him any vision notice.

[00:02:19] Life is too short for the negativity, chaos and self-doubt he brings.

[00:02:25] Refused to let Satan live rent free in your head any longer with this automatic negative thoughts, the acronym ANS.

[00:02:35] And tune in for some of our earlier episodes dedicated to eradicating these intrusive thoughts.

[00:02:43] James 4 7 says, Submit yourselves then to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you.

[00:02:51] Sounds like an eviction notice to me.

[00:02:54] Our meme for today says, The only opinion that truly matters is that of the God of Heaven.

[00:03:02] All others are living rent free in your head and it's eviction day.
