[00:00:54] This one I've just recently begun seeing online, but I love its message so much.
[00:01:00] I cannot do all the good that the world needs, but the world needs all for good that I can do.
[00:01:09] None of us can do all the things, but we certainly can do what is within our sphere of influence
[00:01:16] in our own wheelhouse.
[00:01:18] It's like the quote attributed to Helen Keller, which says,
[00:01:22] I am only one, but I am still one.
[00:01:26] I cannot do everything, but I still can do something,
[00:01:30] and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do.
[00:01:36] The episodes leave it better than you found it, and in a world where you can be anything, be kind, touch on this concept.
[00:01:46] With all the hours, minutes and seconds in each day, each of us can find one way to make the world better.
[00:01:54] Not just paying it forward and brightening someone else's day, which is certainly a lovely concept,
[00:02:00] but like forgiveness, it's something that is personally for your own good and benefit.
[00:02:07] There's no downside to embracing this philosophy.
[00:02:11] In fact, Luke 638 says, give and it will be given to you.
[00:02:16] A good measure, press down, shake and together, and running over will be poured into your lap.
[00:02:22] For with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
[00:02:27] If the day isn't going right, stop and plant some goodness.
[00:02:32] As our meme for today says, even if seeds of love don't immediately take root in the world,
[00:02:38] they can improve the garden of your mind.
