[00:00:00] No matter what kind of day you're having, here are some great concepts to ponder, take in straight from God's word Toonin! Hello and welcome to MoMo634 A daily podcast, chalkful, a face-filled inspiration and motivation. Please like, share and subscribe MoMo634 Motivational Moments just for today

[00:00:42] Recently, in the episode Good Days Bad Days, I introduced listeners to what I've termed Ambidextrous Psalms, though I know handedness is not under discussion. What I meant by the term was that it was a Psalm that could reinforce a good day or help provide comfort on difficult days

[00:01:03] That was Psalm 145 Today's offering is Psalm 8 Listen to its words O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth? You have set your glory above the heavens From the mouths of children and infants, you have ordained praise on account of your adversaries

[00:01:28] To silence the enemy and avenger When I behold your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars Which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him or the son of man that you care for him?

[00:01:47] You made him a little lower than the angels, you crowned him with glory and honor. You made him ruler of the works of your hands.

[00:01:57] You have placed everything under his feet, all sheep and oxen, even the beasts of the fields, the birds of the air and the fish of the sea All that swim the paths of the seas O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth?

[00:02:20] Though this Psalm can be read as a prophecy of Jesus who created all things as deity, yet would live and die as a man. It also shows how much God loves us in his provision of a Savior.

[00:02:37] It points back to our roles as the earth's caretakers, as we see in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. Our meme for today says, Majestic is our God, how blessed we are with his care, provision and foresight.
