[00:00:10] Hello and welcome to MoMo634, the Daily Podcast Chalk Full of Faithful Inspiration and Motivation.

[00:00:19] MoMo634 Motivational Moments just for today.

[00:00:30] In 1 Corinthians 13, 13 the Bible tells us, and now these three remain, faith, hope and love.

[00:00:52] But the greatest of these is love.

[00:00:56] Love is wonderful. Love was poured out on the cross for our sins.

[00:01:02] They say love makes the world go round and all these things are true.

[00:01:08] But I want to focus on hope. For I believe hope can help us accomplish so many things we might not even attempt without it.

[00:01:20] In my over four decades as a Christian, I've been a transformed woman, as we are called to be in Romans 12, 1 and 2.

[00:01:30] I shudder to think of the path I was on before my road to Damascus moment with Jesus.

[00:01:37] But that's where faith and hope come in. Because of his love for me, I could step out in faith and obey him.

[00:01:47] And now I have hope. Because I hope not only to see him someday, but live with him eternally.

[00:01:55] I have the continued incentive and motivation to stay away from the life made by the old me.

[00:02:03] Today represents all three of those elements.

[00:02:08] Christ's redemptive love on the cross.

[00:02:11] Our faith that not only did Jesus exist, but he died for us and is coming again to receive us.

[00:02:20] And hope beyond the trials and temptations of this life.

[00:02:26] As we discussed earlier this week in the episodes, Purpose in Pain and in Him.

[00:02:33] Hope helps us transcend the toil and troubles of this life.

[00:02:39] Here are some verses about hope to help us focus on the events that occurred on that Friday over 2,000 years ago.

[00:02:50] And His name, the nations will put their hope. Matthew 1221.

[00:02:56] I consider that our present sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us.

[00:03:04] Romans 8-18.

[00:03:07] Brothers, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death so that you will not grieve like the rest who are without hope.

[00:03:17] 1 Thessalonians 4-13.

[00:03:21] I have told you these things so that in me, you may have peace.

[00:03:26] In the world you will have tribulation.

[00:03:29] But take courage, I have overcome the world. John 16-33.

[00:03:36] For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish,

[00:03:46] but have eternal life.

[00:03:49] John 3-16.
