[00:01:00] One of my favorite books growing up, and one I loved sharing with my kids was the story of Ferdinand,

[00:01:14] In yesterday's episode, I mentioned my struggles with low frustration tolerance, something inherent in those with anxiety-based disorders such as mine.

[00:01:25] So, patience and being still don't come naturally to me.

[00:01:37] I can't just say, sorry, I was born this way, I'm not responsible.

[00:01:42] No, the whole point of Christianity is transformation.

[00:01:46] Death to self through micro-recalabration's daily.

[00:01:51] So, because God can say things much better than I, I'd like to read Psalm 46.

[00:01:58] God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help in times of trouble.

[00:02:05] Therefore, we will not fear. Though the earth is transformed and the mountains are toppled into the depths of the seas,

[00:02:13] though their waters roar and foam and the mountains quake in the surge, say, la.

[00:02:20] There's a river whose streams delight the city of God, the holy place where the most high dwells.

[00:02:27] God is within her. She will not be moved.

[00:02:31] God will help her when morning dawns.

[00:02:34] Nations rage, kingdoms crumble the earth melts when he lifts his voice.

[00:02:40] The Lord of hosts is with us, the God of Jacob is our fortress, say la.

[00:02:46] Come, see the works of the Lord who brings devastation upon the earth.

[00:02:51] He makes wars to cease throughout the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear.

[00:02:58] He burns the shields in the fire.

[00:03:02] Be still and know that I am God, I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted over the earth.

[00:03:11] The Lord of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our fortress, say la.
