[00:00:45] It's no secret I've been going through a bit of a Job season or maybe Joseph or a combination

[00:00:52] of both.

[00:00:54] I've certainly been having some heart to hearts with God crying out and pouring my heart out

[00:01:01] to Him.

[00:01:03] Praying for those who wronged me, trying to keep the justifiable anger from crossing

[00:01:10] over into sin.

[00:01:12] Really just trying to keep my sanity and my head above water.

[00:01:18] Examining myself and attempting to scrutinize my own ginormous eye logs before focusing

[00:01:24] on the specs in the eyes of others.

[00:01:28] Today was unlike any day in recent history in that a number of events completely independent

[00:01:37] of each other in my sight.

[00:01:40] Culminated in a feeling of vindication much like Job must have felt when his season of

[00:01:46] trial was over.

[00:01:49] Without rehashing all the gory details of my season, I laid them out in a series

[00:01:54] of episodes when it happened a few weeks ago.

[00:01:58] All I will say is all glory to God who is working it out to my good as He promises

[00:02:06] in Romans 8 28.

[00:02:09] Every word of His is true.

[00:02:13] Like I said in the episode, the celestial bellhop experience.

[00:02:18] God isn't a genie or a bellhop or a vending machine.

[00:02:23] We don't put in X for the sole expectation of getting Y.

[00:02:28] However, when God says in due time, His time, He will exalt you, you can take that to the bank.

[00:02:39] And when He says we pray to Him in secret and He rewards us openly, those blessings may look

[00:02:48] a little different than the world might expect.

[00:02:51] Much like Jesus didn't look like the Messiah they imagined with flashiness and glitz,

[00:02:57] but rather He gave us the Savior we needed.

[00:03:03] Keep striving for what is right and good, even if no one else is doing it, even if no one

[00:03:10] but God ever sees it.

[00:03:14] Stay faithful, even when the path seems foggy or obscured, or whether you meet a Mrs. Job

[00:03:22] who tells you foolishly to curse God and die or not.

[00:03:27] Stay the course.

[00:03:29] He does bless you here and more importantly, in the life to come.
