[00:01:10] You have everything you need to live an extraordinary life with or without Mr. Wright.
[00:01:24] If you're tired of feeling overwhelmed by battles that seem to be going nowhere, then
[00:01:30] this video is for you.
[00:01:32] We'll discuss why you need to fight smart and how to prioritize the right battles to
[00:01:36] set yourself up for success.
[00:01:38] So let's dive right in.
[00:01:40] Have you ever found yourself trying to juggle multiple battles at once only to end up feeling
[00:01:46] burnt out and making very little progress?
[00:01:49] It's a common struggle that many of us face spreading ourselves too thin by engaging
[00:01:54] in every battle that comes our way.
[00:01:57] But here's the thing, not all battles are worth fighting because they aren't created
[00:02:02] equal.
[00:02:04] Some are worth your time and energy while others are just distractions.
[00:02:09] And that's why it's crucial to identify the battles that truly matter and focus on those
[00:02:15] that will move the needle forward in your life.
[00:02:18] The battles that we need to be willing to fight for are faith, health, and justice.
[00:02:25] No one, and I mean no one, is going to be as invested in your success as you and
[00:02:32] God.
[00:02:33] People are constantly changing the goalpost.
[00:02:37] Therefore, if you're using mankind as your ruler in measuring your success, you are setting
[00:02:45] yourself up for failure.
[00:02:46] Okay?
[00:02:47] As a Christian, I know that we must win our battles in the spiritual realm first before
[00:02:53] we can see it manifest in the physical realm.
[00:02:56] And that's not going to happen without faith.
[00:03:00] Faith is the currency that gives us access to the spirit world.
[00:03:04] And if we want to experience success, we must work on increasing our faith in God.
[00:03:10] Words matter.
[00:03:11] Our faith level will never rise above the words we tell ourselves.
[00:03:17] How we speak to ourselves and the words we accept help shape our confidence in God
[00:03:23] and ourselves.
[00:03:25] It's easy to be negative.
[00:03:26] In fact, Satan makes sure that we see the negative first.
[00:03:29] Nine times out of ten, when the circumstance is negative, it's going to require much more
[00:03:36] effort from us to see past what's in front of us.
[00:03:40] In fact, that's why we have to remember that if all you see is what you see, then you're
[00:03:47] not seeing all there is to be seen.
[00:03:51] Satan has or will place traps and landmines in our lives to keep us from our destiny.
[00:03:56] When we see those obstacles, we may feel like it's impossible to overcome them.
[00:04:02] And this is why we can't always go by our feelings.
[00:04:05] Our feelings can easily be manipulated.
[00:04:09] We will always, always feel less than enough when Christ isn't in charge of our feelings.
[00:04:16] When we surrender our lives to Christ, we're allowing ourselves to be in a position
[00:04:20] to allow Christ to lead us.
[00:04:23] Despite all the chaos Satan causes, we have to be willing to fight for our faith.
[00:04:28] And we're going to need that strength in the battle for our health.
[00:04:33] Our mental and physical health affects every aspect of our lives and is essential to our
[00:04:38] daily function.
[00:04:39] This is why God tells us that our body is a temple.
[00:04:43] Our bodies are sacred because they were bought at a price by Christ sacrificing his life
[00:04:47] for us.
[00:04:49] To experience overall optimum health, we need to view this from two different perspectives.
[00:04:54] So we've got the mental health perspective and then we have physical health.
[00:04:59] So let's tackle the mental health first.
[00:05:02] You don't need me to tell you that there are plenty of external factors that can cause
[00:05:07] you to feel anxious, depressed or stressed.
[00:05:11] Being stuck in a toxic relationship, working for an idiot boss who's trying to stifle
[00:05:16] your growth, the rapid advancements in technology and so much more contribute to this growing
[00:05:23] problem.
[00:05:24] The constant pressure to perform, stay connected and adapt to changing circumstances is taking
[00:05:31] a toll on our mental well-being.
[00:05:35] You need to take control of your mind and seize your power.
[00:05:39] You won't make it in this world without faith in God and allowing Him to strengthen
[00:05:44] you.
[00:05:45] God doesn't expect you to dance when someone says dance or jump through hoop after hoop
[00:05:50] to gain someone's affection or approval.
[00:05:53] He wants us to focus on Him and when you do this, God will bring the people and resources
[00:05:59] to aid your happiness.
[00:06:01] Focusing on our mental well-being can enhance our productivity, nurture healthier
[00:06:07] relationships and improve our overall quality of life.
[00:06:12] Some proactive steps to care for our mind will have a major impact on our physical health.
[00:06:17] There's been an increase in chronic diseases and these conditions are often linked to unhealthy
[00:06:23] lifestyles, poor diet choices, lack of exercise and high levels of stress.
[00:06:30] Seeing how many people are affected by these preventable illnesses is incredibly alarming.
[00:06:37] This does not have to be our future.
[00:06:40] In fact, making positive changes to our lifestyle such as eating nutritious foods, staying active
[00:06:47] and staying away from toxic people in environments can greatly improve our health.
[00:06:52] The benefits of a healthy lifestyle are immense, including increased energy levels, better mental
[00:06:58] well-being and a reduced risk of chronic diseases.
[00:07:01] Speaking from personal experience, I had a health scare that caused me to prioritize
[00:07:05] my health.
[00:07:06] Worry and stress engulfed my life.
[00:07:10] To the point that the effects were showing up in my body.
[00:07:14] And I accepted the fact that I can't control people's actions or circumstances, but I can
[00:07:19] control my reaction to them.
[00:07:21] And so I made it my mission to reject the negativity people attempt to project onto me.
[00:07:28] I know my fight for peace and happiness is a never-ending battle.
[00:07:34] I've experienced firsthand that taking care of your health can profoundly impact
[00:07:37] your life, which will place you in a position to channel that energy to help those less fortunate.
[00:07:43] Injustice runs rampant in our society.
[00:07:47] Each one of us has a responsibility to play a role in creating a more equitable society.
[00:07:54] Whether speaking out against discrimination or advocating for policy changes, our
[00:08:00] actions matter.
[00:08:02] Often we find ourselves overwhelmed by life's challenges because we're trying to navigate
[00:08:07] difficult situations on our own.
[00:08:10] The common struggle lies in fighting battles without God's guidance and assistance.
[00:08:15] Letting God fight our battles is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of faith and humility.
[00:08:22] And we can overcome even the most daunting challenges by acknowledging our limitations
[00:08:27] in seeking His help.
[00:08:29] I get upset.
[00:08:31] Really upset.
[00:08:33] When I see people purposely placing barriers in other people's lives to make it harder
[00:08:39] for them to succeed, it saddens and frustrates me to no end when you're stuck suffering
[00:08:46] the effects of people consistently creating unjust laws.
[00:08:52] This type of behavior perpetuates economic disparities and widens the gap between the
[00:08:57] haves and the have-nots, creating a hard-to-break cycle of poverty.
[00:09:02] The struggle for justice is ongoing and it requires our unwavering commitment.
[00:09:07] We must do our part to speak up and stand up for those less fortunate.
[00:09:12] So you need to learn how to pick and choose your battles wisely because when you hone
[00:09:17] in on a few crucial battles and give them your all, you can achieve significant progress
[00:09:24] and success.
[00:09:26] And my friends, quality will always triumph over quantity.
[00:09:32] Instead of trying to be the jack-or-jill of all trades and master of none, it's time
[00:09:38] to pick and choose your battles wisely.
[00:09:41] Prioritizing your battles is going to allow you the ability to identify what truly matters
[00:09:47] and watch how your life transforms.
[00:09:51] Please remember, success isn't about being busy.
[00:09:56] It's about being strategic and intentional with where you direct your time and energy.
[00:10:03] You can make significant progress toward your goals when you know how to fight smart and
[00:10:08] prioritize the right battles.
[00:10:11] So here's my challenge for you.
[00:10:14] Take a moment to reflect on the battles you're currently fighting.
[00:10:19] Are they worth your time and effort?
[00:10:24] Are they worth your time and effort?
[00:10:27] How can you effectively prioritize the battles on your list so you can devote your efforts
[00:10:33] towards maximizing the opportunities that God's sending your way?
[00:10:38] Once you learn how to pick and choose your battles wisely, success is inevitable.
