[00:00:00] Hello! My name is Steve McDonald. Happy New Year! It's my prayerful desire to guide you into a
[00:00:07] deeper connection with the Father. This ministry is designed to motivate and inspire your journey of
[00:00:14] faith to lay out a proven path for you that I am many others have walked to build a powerful and deeply
[00:00:23] personal connection with God. I wanted to take out a moment to reflect on an amazing year of
[00:00:30] growth for the ministry and share our plans for the year ahead. First, let's reflect on some of
[00:00:37] the amazing accomplishments for 2023. Our team has expanded by 12 hard-working and dedicated
[00:00:46] volunteers and staff. We released our first book, "100 Steps With God, Volume One." A new brand
[00:00:54] with God was launched along with a new online store. Our social media channels have gained nearly
[00:01:03] 25,000 followers. We successfully completed our first mission through our new mission arm, Bridge of Kindness,
[00:01:13] providing new clothing for teens and foster care at Happy Acres in Peoria, Arizona.
[00:01:21] We launched our first-ever fundraising campaign
[00:01:23] to raise funds for the coming year,
[00:01:26] as we begin our Grow Deeper in 2024 initiative.
[00:01:30] I am overjoyed in excitement
[00:01:35] about these accomplishments and growth.
[00:01:36] Actually, that is an understatement.
[00:01:40] In truth, I am humbled and blown away
[00:01:45] by all of these accomplishments,
[00:01:46] and I thank God for ordering my steps
[00:01:49] in touching the hearts and minds of our team
[00:01:52] to build a truly extraordinary ministry.
[00:01:56] We have only, just begun.
[00:02:00] I truly believe that God has blessed this ministry
[00:02:03] to grow and flourish,
[00:02:05] and I'm excited to see how that will manifest
[00:02:08] in the weeks, months, and even years ahead.
[00:02:11] Looking forward, I would love to share
[00:02:14] some of our primary goals for 2024.
[00:02:17] We aim to grow our online community
[00:02:19] to at least 100,000 followers or more.
[00:02:23] We aim to provide at least 1,000 copies of our book,
[00:02:27] 100s Death with God,
[00:02:29] to individuals and countries
[00:02:30] where it would be cost prohibitive to order the book.
[00:02:34] We plan to initiate live and interactive events
[00:02:38] where we can gather to talk about our journey with God.
[00:02:42] We plan to start more live study groups including Bible study where we study the Word of God.
[00:02:49] We plan to release two books including Volume 2 of 100 Steps with God.
[00:02:56] Our mission, our bridge of kindness, plans to organize at least one mission per quarter.
[00:03:02] We aim to launch a new giving platform that will connect those in need with those seeking to give.
[00:03:10] To provide content that enriches your soul, we plan to grow our team even more.
[00:03:18] We plan to start offering one-on-one fellow suggestions with me where we can discuss your walk with God and pray together in a safe space and setting.
[00:03:30] And there is so much more.
[00:03:33] Our father asks us to ponder the path of our feet to let all our ways be established and to reason together, and we are called to fellowship with God and one another.
[00:03:45] With that, I invite you to join me in the community we are building to find a peace, joy, and comfort that can only be found when walking in step with God.
