[00:12:57] You saw the maturity of it

[00:12:58] You saw it blend with other genres

[00:13:11] Do hip hop, different people

[00:13:14] It's a multi-billion dollar business

[00:13:20] You know, it's a vent culture though

[00:13:23] And a lot of people come here to vent

[00:26:50] And all that and he um came in the house

[00:26:53] And he said boy you made it

[00:26:56] And I said to him I did

[00:27:09] I felt like I made it

[00:27:12] But I didn't I was working

[00:27:25] That's the day I met my wife

[00:28:16] I was trying to do five songs

[00:28:18] Four songs six songs and put them out

[00:28:21] I wasn't trying to do 61 songs at one time

[00:28:24] But when I put the project out

[00:28:27] It wasn't until I released

[00:28:29] I released the project

[00:28:31] And I was writing home from the release party

[00:28:35] And the Lord says

[00:28:37] You made this project for you

[00:28:40] And I just

[00:28:43] And he says if you if you invert some of the song or

[00:28:48] Or like you feel it's like you're writing songs

[00:28:51] For other people man yeah a person like this needs this

[00:28:54] A person like this needs this

[00:28:56] Then I try to put myself in different people's positions

[00:28:58] So I can minister to them through song

[00:29:00] And if I and the Lord said that this record is for you

[00:29:04] And I started to turn some of the songs around

[00:29:07] And I realized I've been writing to myself

[00:29:10] And it's like what in the world now

[00:29:14] I don't

[00:29:16] God did this one

[00:29:18] I don't know because so I'm going to start breaking them down

[00:57:36] On her before like overcoming adversity

[00:57:38] Trying that restaurant

[00:57:46] And I think she realized

[00:57:48] I just need to get in the right community

[00:57:50] That understands what I'm saying

[00:57:56] In Atlanta is a place

[00:57:58] That has always had vegan food

[00:58:00] But the one restaurant I really

[00:58:02] Wanted to bring up was soul vegetarian

[00:58:04] Focus and for me

[00:58:06] These are the restaurants

[00:58:08] That kicked off

[00:58:10] Veganism in Georgia

[00:58:12] In the south period like

[00:58:14] Soul vegetarian has been a business

[00:58:16] For like 40 to 50 years

[00:58:18] So

[00:58:20] I don't know like when people are

[00:58:22] Like oh the vegan is a thing

[00:58:24] It just became a thing in 2000

[00:58:26] No it's been a thing since 1970

[00:58:28] In Atlanta Georgia for sure

[00:58:30] Like from the Rastas

[00:58:32] Who like especially me you know

[00:58:34] I was on my Rastafari ism

[00:58:36] At one point and um

[00:58:38] You know when I would go to get my hair

[00:58:40] Locked up or twisted you know

[00:58:42] Like there's a huge community

[00:58:44] Of brothers and sisters who

[00:58:46] Which share with you you are what you eat

[01:02:54] Castile soap I switched to a soap

[01:02:56] That I could actually eat if I

[01:02:58] And I wouldn't die you know like and I mean

[01:03:00] That like I wouldn't eat soap but if I swallowed

[01:03:02] It wouldn't kill me because it didn't have any formaldehyde

[01:03:04] And it didn't have any perfumes and

[01:03:06] It didn't have any you know it was made out

[01:03:08] Of cocoa butter and castor oil you know

[01:03:10] So it's like or olive oil

[01:03:12] You know things like the shea

[01:03:14] Butter you know you can cook with shea butter

[01:03:16] You can cook with coconut oil you can cook with castor

[01:03:18] Oil like these are things you could cook with

[01:03:20] And when I finally

[01:09:22] And it got me eating healthy

[01:09:24] For a day, I did it for a day

[01:09:30] I didn't even feel right eating nothing different after that

[01:09:34] And I was like, I was, I felt convicted

[01:09:40] I'm at least doing the right thing for this day

[01:09:53] People like to be entertained

[01:09:59] You know, the group that I used to be in

[01:10:03] In California, there was

[01:10:05] A truck idea

[01:10:07] That he had had for

[01:10:21] It's pretty much just a mobile restaurant

[01:10:25] I had actually come up with a menu

[01:10:29] I was supposed to be in Europe for 12 weeks

[01:10:31] In 2020, right before Covid happened

[01:10:37] And then boom that got snatched

[01:10:39] Away from me but

[01:10:41] There's a huge market for it

[01:10:43] Huge market for it

[01:10:45] Even now for vegan food

[01:10:47] Honestly, if these regular restaurants

[01:10:49] Would put more

[01:10:51] I can't say more vegan food on their menu

[01:10:53] But if you would add a few things

[01:10:55] To your menu, you would get more clientele

[01:10:57] Because everybody just doesn't eat the same anymore
