[00:00:00] Everybody wants to be a prophet. Everybody wants to be an apostle. That is dangerous. Yes. Because when you get in those offices, then you automatically assume that now you got all this grandeur and power. Yes. No, what you've actually done, you summon the demons that actually come against that office and you're in a jurisdiction you have no business being in. They don't even recognize your voice. You know, Jesus, we know Paul, we know who are you? Who are you?

[00:00:25] What's up everybody? Welcome back to another episode of I'll Just Let Myself In. It's the podcast where we don't wait for an imaginary permission slip or a seat at an imaginary table.

[00:00:52] We let ourselves into our God given doors. Now today, I have a first. I have a first in this podcast history because the guest that I have is someone who operates in a realm that as you guys know, I am newly, as of the last several years of my life, becoming familiar with, convicted about, encouraged by, who really, to me, does something that is very unique,

[00:01:22] but extremely important in the body of Christ. And I think that you guys, my listeners, my audience, are going to really benefit from our time together today. My guest is someone who has written a book called We Dream Again. And in this book, she teaches us what is important, what is nuanced,

[00:01:49] what is holy about interpreting dreams. She teaches us about language and about how to discern between our human emotion versus what God may be sharing with us. And not only that, she leads EOE, where you can get more information and more teaching about the prophetic. She also has an event coming

[00:02:14] up called Prophets Cave Live Reloaded, where she'll be focusing on the prophetic there as well. And I think that for those of us who are curious, for those of us who the Holy Spirit has tapped and said, hey, you need to learn more about this. I think she's going to do a lot of great things for us. My guest is also internationally recognized as a prophet, leader, and teacher. She's a dream interpreter.

[00:02:40] She has 30 years of ministry experience. And based on the last couple of minutes of us just chitting and chatting, she is a complete delight. Welcome to the podcast, Prophet June Hollingsworth. Thank you. I am so happy to be here. So excited to have this conversation with you. I'm so glad to have you. Listen, I just want to say this. I asked her, what should I call you? And she was like, you know, and I just want to let you guys know, I'm going to call her Prophet

[00:03:08] June for this interview. One, because I respect what you do, what God has on your life. But also I think it's important that we give honor what honor is doing. Why are you walking around and promoting and doing your thing? I want the people to say Prophet June. Now I want them to be all familiar, uncomfortable because they saw me calling you June on the interview. How you feeling this morning? I'm feeling great. I was so excited for this interview. So excited

[00:03:32] to meet you. I think you were just amazing. You are a phenomenal person. I just can't wait for us to get started. Okay, let's do it. Let's get to it. Let's get to it. So looking at this book, reading the book, you sent me an advance, you know, digital copy, and I was able to read and kind of go through not I didn't finish it, but I was able to read and kind of go through some things. And when I tell you, I was so blown away, interest peaked. Because although I'm a person who believes

[00:04:00] deeply that dreams have a meaning, it wasn't really something that I kind of grew up being told or even being told the meaning of my dreams. Like my mom had a dream book, where she would like, if I told her I dream about something, she would look it up. As you mentioned, you know, we all know the fish and all that as black women. But it wasn't something that we really were into. So how did you even become a person that was able to write a book like we dream again?

[00:04:28] Well, let me start out with the prophetic. First of all, I didn't even know I was prophetic. And I would be and you end up drawing friends that have like gifts, you don't even realize it when you're a teenager in your 20s. And so mostly everyone in my circle were prophetic, or either we're going to eventually be called into the office. So one day, I was just talking to a friend and I

[00:04:52] said, you know, everybody can see that no, everybody can't see that. You know, we because I was in a, you know, we were in a restaurant setting, I was telling her what I saw about this person at the table. And then when it came to dreams, they just made sense to me. And I would start telling people that would come to me and say, I had a dream, and I would tell them what I thought. That's what I thought I was doing. But then those things started happening. And that's how I realized I had a gift

[00:05:19] because those things started happening, the things that I was telling the way I would explain in the, you know, what the dream meant, it made all kinds of sense to them. And then stuff started showing up. And then, you know, the repetitiveness of that, let me know, wow, okay, you need to pay attention to this. Yeah. Because you definitely do have a gift to interpret. Did it ever scare you? Actually, no. No. Okay. You know, here's the thing with teaching this and talking to people,

[00:05:47] seers going into the seer realm, that's where people get scared. When stuff pops and shows itself and you see things. Yeah. But just to have an impression or a feeling. Yeah. No, it wasn't really any fear that came with that. Yeah. I've met people who have dreams that come true and they often say they hate that they have it because it's like, do I tell this person what I saw? Do I not tell them? And so it's always funny because I'm always nervous about people like that because I'm

[00:06:14] like, Lord, don't have no dreams about me. But you know what? 95% of the dreams that you have are for intercession. They're not for you to tell people, especially if it's death, destruction, something ominous is going to happen. You can turn that thing around for that person if you have a gift to intercede. You know, if you have the power to intercede, you can actually stop stuff. But people want to rush to be right. Yeah. They want to rush to tell somebody. And most of the time you're not

[00:06:39] even supposed to read the list. See, most people don't. I've never heard anyone say that. So most of the prophetic for you is a call to intercession, a call to prayer, a call to your secret place first. And then if God tells you to tell the world, is that how do you know when it's time to tell the world something that you see? You know, oh my God. Like I tell people that when I'm training them in

[00:07:06] the prophetic and people just want the mic and the stage and I'll tell them, God does not tell your business. He does not read your mail to the world saying that a person's going to die to the public. The only time the Lord reads your mail, so to speak, is when you are basically on your last chance. And he has been warning you for years. He has been wooing you, trying to get you to change,

[00:07:32] trying to get you to turn around and you are in rebellion and refuse. So to keep you from losing your life, literally, he will go ahead and announce it publicly. But most of the time, if you're hearing something that's really sensitive, it's intel. And you should learn how to couch those words and deliver it. Like one time, a husband and wife came before me and the Lord said, he's, he's beating her. I couldn't say you beat your wife, you know? So that's intel for me to be able

[00:08:01] to release the prophecy the right way. And so you can say something like, I'm hearing the Lord say that, that he wants you to consider going to anger management classes. He knows exactly why. And his wife is probably like, he knows exactly why. So there's ways that you can, you know, talk to them and minister to them. Yeah. Does the prophetic ever feel heavy? Yes. It seems heavy.

[00:08:26] Yes, it can. I mean, and then to go circling back to when you said people dream and see things and don't want to dream anymore. Those are seers that have literal prophetic premonitions that come to pass. And if they would just understand, like I said, before the power they have to turn that thing around, then they would be excited because of, Oh, here's an assignment. Yeah. But yes,

[00:08:51] the prophetic is, can be very heavy. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. When it gets heavy and you feel maybe a little overwhelmed, maybe out of your depth, if that ever happens, what do you do? How do you handle that? Everybody in the multiple council, their safety, everybody has some, have somebody can go to, you've got to have somebody that's above you. You cannot be the biggest fish in your, your pond. So

[00:09:15] I have a couple of people that I bounce stuff off of. I go to, you know, for a council to run things by them, especially because I have a team of 37 and that I'm kind of like low key mentoring them as well. And so with diverse personalities, all kinds of things that come up. Yeah. There's all kinds of stuff that comes up. Yes. I'm sure. And so I have someone, so I have someone I have to go to and say,

[00:09:42] look, this is, this has gotten to be crazy. I need to make a decision. What do you think? And it's nobody that's got less than 30 years in ministry. You're not going to a novice. You're not going to someone who they've been prophesying for two years and got hired. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let's talk about that because I do feel like, and I don't know if it's visibility, like there were always this many profits and we just didn't know it because social media and because of that, or are there just more

[00:10:10] profits? Like where have all the profits come from? Here's the thing out of the five fold, the profit is the only one that has an economy tied to it, really tied to it. You can pull the purse strings of people. You can play on people's emotions. So into his atmosphere is not a scripture. That's a man-made crap. So into what atmosphere? What are you talking about? You know? So that's the reason, one of the reasons why, because of love of money,

[00:10:37] you know, there's so many profits. You go on clubhouse for instance, and there's every other house is a prophetic house. Profit this, profit that. So I really believe it's because of the, what is attached to it, the notoriety, the idolatry of the thing, because you can have five different rooms at a conference. You can have a room for intercession, a room for leadership, a room for hospitality. And then when you have a room for the prophetic, the line will be around the corner, down the hallway. So people itching ears, they want to

[00:11:04] hear stuff. And then church is one of the few arenas that you can, don't have to go to school and end up having a platform if you have a gift. Yeah. You know? And I said, Lord, you know what? I said to him one day, it would be something that if you made the gifts turn off when the person got in sin. Well, well, well, child gets to be turned off like light switches. Remember, I don't know if you remember, you too young, but when I was back in school, they used to have

[00:11:32] in a hygiene class where they would come in and they would give everybody this toothpaste. Not me. They'd give everybody this toothpaste and toothbrush. And what it would do is if you had, if your teeth weren't clean, it would leave a purple stain. And so many kids, you know, stuff that they used to do back then, you know, like whooping kids and all this stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Right. Right. But I remember that all of us had purple stain teeth and I would

[00:12:01] say, Lord, if you would have where, where there would be a purple light that would come on over somebody's head if they was in sin. I'm like, or the gift would stop working. Yeah. But that's the problem. Yeah. The gifts don't stop working. Yeah. So everybody wants to be a prophet. Everybody wants to be an apostle. That is dangerous. Yes. Because when you get in those offices, then you automatically assume that now you got all this grandeur and power. Yes. Yeah. No, what you've actually done, you summon the demons that actually come against that office

[00:12:29] and you're in a jurisdiction, you have no business being in. They don't even recognize your voice. You know, Jesus, we know Paul, we know who are you. So that's what happens. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I've seen it. I've seen it. I think about this generation, my generation particularly, but when I say this generation, I'm talking about people who are actively on social media. So that goes from 16 to 80, right? True. Yeah.

[00:12:54] I think that we are searching and we are in a never ending search for something, for hope, for something to believe in, for something to follow, literally for something to follow. And one of the things that I think is so powerful about people who claim to be pastors, preachers, and the prophetic apostles is that you often find two different types. There's one who is talented,

[00:13:24] both gifted, but very much in need of your follow, of your money, of your attention, and of your allegiance. Yes. Then you have the other who is confident, caring, wants you to be around, wants to teach you, but does not need you, right? Yes. To stay.

[00:13:48] And obviously, I gravitate toward the latter because I just don't believe anyone has a monopoly on your salvation. People say things like, if you leave this house or if you leave this church or not, I'd be like, oh, you're crazy. You know what I'm saying? Like, even Jesus sent the disciples out. You think the person ain't, oh, is everybody okay? Do you think the people are never supposed to go? You're supposed to be sending. Right. You're supposed to be sending. Yes.

[00:14:16] You're supposed to keep the relationship, but you need to keep the physical body. It's not good. And so when you have people around you or people that you've seen who you kind of see the former type in them, do you mentor or challenge or correct? Or do you feel like your spirit tells you to separate? Oh no. I challenge and correct. I'm from the old school and they get mad and they don't

[00:14:42] receive it. And that's okay because you can't say you weren't told. You can't say there wasn't a seed planted. I'm going to iron shoppings iron. And sometimes they ain't even know iron to be, you just got to deal with them, you know? So there's not going to be an exchange going, but you have a responsibility, you know, to, if you're mentoring, if you're in a leadership position and you, it's just like of your own child and you saw that they were getting ready

[00:15:09] to walk off a cliff. You're not going to stand there and say, well, I told you not to walk off the cliff. Right. So yes, I, I challenge them. I correct them. I, um, I've had, I got stuff like that going on right now. I mean, the biggest mistake I think, and myself as well make, which I've self-corrected is putting people in position too quickly, you know, because they're gifted and then you go ahead and put them in a position and give them a title. And then next thing you know, you got a rogue person in your room. You can't tell them nothing.

[00:15:38] You know, it's just like having a very close friend on your team and y'all kick it at night, but when the daytime comes, you want them to fall in line and then you get this contempt, you know, this contemptible attitude towards you because we're free. Why are you trying to correct me? I literally tell my best friend all the time because she's very gifted, multiple degrees and she's also creative, right? So she'll be like, girl, I can help you with this.

[00:16:06] I can do you with that. And I said, I'm a terrible boss. Our friendship wouldn't survive me as a boss. And she laughs because it wouldn't. Because when I tell you what I want you to do, I need you to do it. And I need you to do it humbly and quickly and excellently, might I add? Yes. So if me and you kicking it is going to hinder that, and it will, because I'm also, when we kicking it, we kicking it. So I'm going to make you feel like you ain't never got to do nothing. And then tomorrow morning is the thing ready, you know? Right. And it's not even an indication on whether or not, because she was like, but I would do what

[00:16:34] I had to do. And she would. I said, well, it's not even about that. Our friendship. So some people, it takes a maturity. And this is something that I realized when I was in full-time ministry. It takes a majority for people to see your humanity and your mantle. People can't, they can't do it. It's very difficult. When they see your humanity, they're done. It's very difficult. And I'm not, and when I say humanity, let me be very clear. I'm not talking about drinking, smoking, and cussing. I know what you mean. No, because some of these ministers, the humanity is so loud that you mess people up

[00:17:04] from seeing your anointing. Oh, I can tell you some stories. I'm like, I understand grace and everything, but the humanity is screaming. Right. And the anointing is whispering. Exactly. Hello? But anyway, when I say humanity, I'm talking about you seeing me with an attitude. You seeing me impatient. You seeing me a little hangry. On a bad day. You seeing me, you know what I mean? Unkempt. You seeing me, you have to be mature to handle that and you seeing what I do on a Sunday morning. And when you find those people, because they are out there, lots of them, especially a mature

[00:17:33] Christian woman, a black mature Christian woman, get you one. If you're young in ministry, get you one. Yes, I agree. Because that's the person. That's the one who's going to help you, who's going to see you, who's going to see your marriage, but still be able to respect you and honor you in public. I have one. Shout out to my big sis, Danielle. I got plenty, actually. But she's the one that comes to mind, basically, in my last season of Life in Atlanta. She was just so good at, she could look at me when I walked in church and be like,

[00:18:02] what happened? You good? You know what I mean? And I'd be like, me thinking I'm my same regular self, you know. She's like, hmm. Let's talk. Something's wrong. And you need that. You know, you really, really do need someone who can see you in both ways. And I would assume in your position, being, you know, the mentor, being kind of the person in charge, that it might be difficult to find that. It is. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:18:30] And you like, feel like you're taking a risk when you do try somebody. Yeah. Because I said, you know, Jesus had the three, then the 12, then the 120. So you got to do that. Yep. You absolutely have to do that. And I, like I said before, the ones that I do trust like that, they have been in the ministry 30, 35, 40 years. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And their humanity is out there. Yeah. Flanking in the wind. You know, so we all know. We all know each other's stuff.

[00:19:00] It's like, it's, it's not like you're trying to put on a front. Of course, yeah. Or be superficial in front of other people. You're human. But there's just some things that they just can't handle. Mm-hmm. So you just, you're with the 120. Yeah. You're out there. Yeah. You're out of camp. Yeah. Yeah. And the 120 is important. Yeah. Absolutely. The 120 is very important. Always. Yes. Let me not get started. For their own ego. For their own ego. Because it's not about you. It's not about you. Right.

[00:19:30] It's about their proximity to you. Listen, there's one person on my team that every time a person comes into the team that's relatively new woman, by the way. They will attack her. Mm-hmm. Because she's, I'm mentoring her. She's close to me. And I know what I'm dealing with. Yeah. This is a spirit of, well, it's not a spirit because it's the work of the flesh. Ain't no spirit. It's just the work of the flesh. Jealousy, envy, you know, competition. But they attack her every time.

[00:19:59] And they try to tear her down. They try to tell me what her faults are. I don't need you to tell me. I know where her faults are. Yeah. You knew coming in here trying to get, you know, just do what you're supposed to be doing. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's so funny because I think that when I was, again, in full-time ministry, I had to really realize some people want to be close to you. And I wasn't even, I was a part of a church about 250. Nothing, no crazy big nothing. Just, you know, great community church.

[00:20:27] But some people really want to be near you because they want people to think they're spiritual. Absolutely. So they think if I'm close to her, other people will see me a certain way. And I'm like, that's not how that works. And then, Lisha, I know you've had people try to get close to you for personal benefit. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Especially with the cameras and the lights. Yeah. And then I was in the music industry before this. So that was a whole other thing. And I think for me, the, I want to talk about discernment in a second, but I think for me,

[00:20:56] one of the biggest things in terms of relationships has been my prayer life about who comes, who goes and who stays. Like I have been so prayerful, especially in my 30s. Because I tell people, I was telling a girl yesterday, I had a friend come over, she's 28. And we were talking about something in her life that she needs to deal with. And she's like, I just, I've been feeling like I need to deal with it. It's even been in my dreams. She's like, but I'm just scared. I said, well, girl, you about to hit them 30s and you can't run.

[00:21:23] I said, truth handcuffs itself to you at 30. There's something about it. You turn 30 and the truth goes, well, I'm not going anywhere. So you could either deal with me or not, but I'm handcuffed to you. Everywhere you go, I'm going to be. Number 20 is you can kind of lie to yourself about your parents, about your childhood, about whatever. All right, get your head. Them 30s just start going, that wasn't good. Right. That wasn't appropriate. That wasn't normal. So I feel like same spiritually.

[00:21:50] I started to have a discernment about who should be around me, who shouldn't. And I'm still learning to discern that. So when it comes to discernment, how do you differentiate or how would you define differentiation between your own personal emotions versus what is actually from God, what is actually godly truth? I'm going to tell you, in my experience, when that gets to be hard is when you really like the person. Yes. Or love. Family, friend, host friend, long time friend.

[00:22:18] When your emotions get in there and you really like the person. But then either through the Lord sending someone to you to point out to you things you need to see. That's where the struggle is. It's not that big of a struggle with just, I'm just going to say regular folks, you know, that are around you. But when you start to acquire a love for a person. So for me, I tell people all the time, look, the Holy Ghost is your best friend. He's your comforter. He's your guide. He's your advisor. He's your corrector.

[00:22:48] Go in and ask him. Yeah. I have went flat in and asked the Holy. And I use David as my example. King David asks questions all the time. Should we pursue? Are we going to get these people back? I think done tried to kill my. He said, you'll go. You'll recover all. Should we pursue is a word. My Lord. That was for me. It's like, ask questions. Just people act like only the folks in the pulpit are the ones that can really have that kind of relationship with God. Yeah. Get in prayer.

[00:23:18] You got something that you haven't been able to answer anywhere else. Flat out ask him. I've even done that with dream interpretation. I had a dream that I could not figure out. Now I get irritated. I'm like, Holy Ghost, you give me, I can figure out everybody else's dream. Why can't I figure out my own dreams? There's so many dreams of mine that I'm put on the shelf. Now this one dream quickly, I was getting ready to marry this guy. It was a wedding. It was set in the church of God in Christ, which is my roots and a church that I started out, got saved in. And his wife, he's currently married in this dream.

[00:23:48] So, you know, all this is symbolic. That's another dream rule. And she's sitting in the, in the church on the left side. And because the church was split in three sections, left, middle, and right. Fully garbed, wedding gown, everything. He's super excited to marry me. And I'm coming down the aisle and it started out in the bathroom. So first scene of the dream is, is the theme of the dream. And so bathroom is deliverance. God has such humor getting rid of things. And so I started walking down the aisle, super excited. He couldn't wait till I got there.

[00:24:17] She's sitting looking super depressed and sad, but they were still married and we were going to be in this marriage. She was not going anywhere. Get up to the altar and the dream ends. I'm like, God, what? And I know these people very well. And so I'm like, what in the world? Why would this happen? Finally, I'm not kidding you, but she was like months. The Holy Ghost spoke to me just last week and said, you represented the bride of Christ. He puts the church before his wife.

[00:24:48] I'm like, what? What in the? Wow. Yes. He said, you are, you represented the bride of Christ. And his, his wife is still there and super sad because he puts the church before in front. Wow. Yeah. So that's so, so what do I do? Somebody else, girl, let me tell you about this. I immediately got in prayer. Yeah. And started interceding for him. Yeah. You know, and have been doing so. Yeah. Ever since. So, yeah. Wow. Wow.

[00:25:15] That's intense and so deep and so good because I think that, like you said, some people get on the phone and do all these different things because of their emotions. Yes. Because of their proximity to the person, to their closeness to the person. So, for their ability to want to be seen as prophetic. Always. You know, you want validation. So, of course, yeah, girl, he do put the church before me and now you're like, see, I'm a prophet. No, but you know what's going to happen is she's going to be subject to you. Especially for you. Hello. Of course. Why you have to drink about my husband? Yeah, about my husband. Exactly. You know? Yeah. Yeah. So, no.

[00:25:45] I definitely see the wisdom in that and I think it's just so good for us to have, you know, discernment in the way that we operate. Right? Particularly when we have big emotions, you know, because like you said, when we're close to someone, when we love someone, when we have a history with someone, we can allow our discernment to flicker and falter. I'm in one of my biggest prayers in this season of my life because I'm in a season of elevation

[00:26:12] and it is, and it took a while for me to even be, for me to be comfortable saying that because I didn't want to seem whatever, arrogant or whatever. Right? But God has made some things very clear. Even in the last two weeks, God has made some things like very clear. And because I'm so loyal, even if someone is out of my life, I still think to myself, is it something I did?

[00:26:42] Is it something I should do? Should I, you know? And I had a dream. I'm going to tell you about this. Right? Right. I had a dream that someone who is not in my life anymore wanted to talk to, so I'm going to give you the setting because you just, you just said something that I think is important that I didn't even think of. In this dream, my husband and I were renting an office space, but it was like a shared office space, like maybe a WeWorks or like something like that. And we were renting a space there, but we never really went there. It was like, cause you know, we, we have our own setup.

[00:27:12] So we were renting a space and I had a lot of valuable things in the space, things that I don't even own yet. So some brands that I own and different things, but in that space, I had like a, like almost like a Rubbermaid tub of things that were very expensive. Designer bags, designer watches, equipment, all sorts of stuff that I was storing at that office. Right?

[00:27:37] I go into the office and this person who, um, over the last year, right? A person who was very important to me throughout my life has not been in my life, right? They're there in the office. So they asked me, what are you doing here? And I'm like, what are you doing here? And they're like, oh yeah, I work here. And I'm like, oh, well we have office space here, but we never come. So I guess that's why I haven't seen you. And in the office space, they were closing. So this is why I was coming.

[00:28:04] The office was closing and every tenant had to come get their things. So in the dream, me and the person, like we knew we weren't cool, but we were being cordial. And they were like, hey, can we talk? Which is something that I think, if I'm honest with myself, I want. I want the person to have a conversation with me where they apologize, you know, for what has happened. And so in the dream, I was like, yeah, we can talk.

[00:28:33] But I wasn't pressed in the dream. I was like, yeah, sure. We can talk. This is where I, this is where I feel God was speaking to me. They say, okay, let's go to the cafeteria. Right? So we leave and we go to the cafeteria and I leave my things. All those designer things, all the jewelry, all the equipment. Amen. When we get to the cafeteria, the person's complete demeanor changes.

[00:29:02] There's no, like, mind you, they say, hey, can we talk? Can we, you know, can we talk? And I'm like, okay, sure. We go to the cafeteria. It's blaming me. Maybe it's, you know, accusations of things that did not happen. All of this stuff. Right? And so I go, you know what? I'm leaving. I'm not sitting through this. You know, if this is what you want, fine. We could just continue to not be in each other's lives. No problem. I get back to my things and everything is stolen. Everything is stolen. And I'm like, where's my this? Where's my this?

[00:29:32] I wasn't even going 10 minutes. And a lady comes up to me with, like, a little card case, a YSL card case, which I also think is symbolic because I lost the one a couple years ago. And she's like, hey, like, I'll give this back to you. Like, we just thought, usually when people leave their things out, it's because they're getting rid of it. Like, with the office building closing, people have just been leaving things that they don't want to take. And, you know, we've been taking them. So she was like, people, you know, people just took stuff, but they left. Like, the stuff was so nice that after people took it, they left, you know?

[00:30:02] And so the only thing I got back was, like, that card case and, like, some, like, a few sneakers and stuff that was there. But everything was completely gone. And I woke up. And I woke my husband up. And I said, I feel like God is telling me that no matter what, if this person ever tries to even come back into my life, if I entertain it, I will lose everything. I felt like that's what the dream was telling me. Oh, my God. So. You got a gift. That's okay. But not only that. Okay, the cafeteria can represent two things.

[00:30:31] It can represent church, ministry. But what do we do in the cafeteria? We eat. What is eating and sitting down and sharing a meal? It's covenant. So when you guys went there, you never stayed and solidified that covenant again. That showed you the Lord wanted you to break covenant. Because you were on your way to try to reconnect. And then he showed you who she really was. So you would not try to get back entangled with that evil covenant. Because eating, sharing a meal.

[00:30:59] That's why I, in real life, there's very few people I share a meal with. Because that really represents the spiritual thing. You don't sit down and eat with everybody. In real life, I teach that. So that's what that meant. And you had it spot on. If you get back into covenant with that person, you will lose greatly. Yes. Yes. Absolutely. When I tell you, when I walk up from that dream, and I don't have, I have a lot of big dreams, but I don't always feel like they mean anything.

[00:31:28] I'm just an imaginative person. Maybe they do. They do. They do. But that one, I got an immediate download. Like, play with it if you want to. Play with it if you want to. That's right. Because I'm so loyal and so forgiving. And the truth is, if this person did try to, I probably would. You know what I mean? Be like, okay, well, let's just figure it out. That's why the Lord showed you. And I feel it so strongly. And I think, you know, things like that always make me feel like, okay, you have to be tapped in to what God is doing in your life.

[00:31:57] You can't be so enamored by what he did in the past and so worried about what he's going to do in the future that you miss what he's trying to teach you in the present, you know? And that's kind of where I'm at in my life right now. Have you ever had, besides the one you shared, have you ever had a dream about something personal? Somebody, a friend, a family member, and that you had to make some rough decisions because of the dream, right? Let me just be transparent.

[00:32:27] Yes. My ex-husband. Yeah. And because I just would not let him go. I would not let him go. And so the Lord showed me a dream that was devastating. And because this is going to be publicized, I really can't talk about it. Yeah. It was devastating. I will say this part of the dream. He showed me him in the bed with a person and he showed me everything.

[00:32:56] This is why y'all were still married or after? Still married. Wow. Still married. Yes. He showed me. The Lord trust you, boy. My Lord. Because he kept telling me. See, I had went out of state on a job assignment because I used to work for a utility company. And even before that happened, that's when this dream went down where he showed me him in the bed with this other person. He showed me he was controlling this other person. This person was very, very subservient to him and everything.

[00:33:24] And I was like, really, God? So finally, the Lord just spoke to me while I was awake. I was standing looking at a retention pond. The assignment that I was on bellied up. We ended up having to go home, pack up, immediately go home. And he said, I want you to do two things when you get home. Refinance your house and get a divorce. When he said get a divorce, everything in me for that man left my soul. Wow. He did it supernaturally for me. But to answer you, yes, I had a dream.

[00:33:54] And I was supposed to make a decision. Now, there's been other dreams where the Lord has shown me things. And typically, it's like in the prophetic. My aunt in the dream. My aunt walks in the bedroom. She's looking for me. June, June, June, where are you? And she says there was a drawer that was halfway open. And so she pulled the drawer out. She said, there I was laying in the dresser drawer on top of tons of gifts that were still wrapped. That's self-explanatory. And she woke up. Wow.

[00:34:24] That was a message to me. I wasn't using any of my gifts. And at that time, I wasn't. I was like just, I was very much, I was very apathetic. What does that even look like on you? I can't even imagine that. Back then. Yeah, right, right, right. Back then, I was a whole different person back then. You're either going to be hot or cold, God says. It's true. You can't be one of these. You know, listen, I'm going to spew you out of my mouth. So, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I was very lukewarm. I was like very apathetic.

[00:34:52] And so when she showed me that, that was the catalyst of me getting up off my butt and deciding to really get serious about dream interpretation, about prophecy, all of that when she showed. Because I'm the type of person I get scared when the Lord shows me something. If he tells me to do something, I do it immediately. I'm not the type of person that's in disobedience. Yeah. Like, you got, I want you to move, you know, right away. And then I wait till December 31st. Right. No. Right. I'm moving. I'm moving. I'm not that person. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.

[00:35:20] So let's talk about this because I think that, you know, sitting on your gifts, right, is to me like, it's one of the worst things we can do. It's a slap in the face to God, right? Right. And it's something that doesn't just, it doesn't just take place in the church world. It takes place in Christians sitting on their business gifts, sitting on their artistic gifts. Right.

[00:35:48] And so as you are mentoring people in the prophetic, mentoring people in spiritual things, what's your perspective on Christians in business, right? And how they should be proceeding? Well, it's one of the seven mountains, you know, mountain of business, mountain of arts and entertainment, which you're in as well, you know, mountain of government. So yes, I think we are supposed to be in every sector, you know, of the world, everything, media, education.

[00:36:15] So I believe believers have to be in business. Yeah. We got to have honest people in government. Yes. You know, so yes, they, they're like, we're like the secret agents at the table, you know, they need to be in business for sure. So I, when I first started in the prophetic, the Lord was showing me all the entrepreneurial gifts in everybody. I would, I would see that right away. Why are you a teacher? You're supposed to be an RN, you know? So he would give that to me and I operated that way probably for like a decade, honestly. And that still pops up a lot.

[00:36:45] I can identify a person's, you know, business gift. They're there. What they're supposed to be doing as an entrepreneur right away and reposition them. I can. And so I have a business of prophetic advisement. I've been doing it for a long time. And many times the Lord will take a person out of something and steer them into what they're supposed to be doing. Your, where you live at is very much tied to your gifting. I mean, that's very important. You can be in the wrong territory and have a very hard time operating your gift because all your connections are not there.

[00:37:13] You know, Southwind's not going to blow in Atlanta. It's going to blow here. You know, so it's very, very important. So yeah, I believe it's got to be entrepreneurs for sure. Let's talk about something that I feel like I hadn't heard before I read some of your stuff. Prophetic literacy and why it's real, why it's important, why it matters. Give the people, give someone who has never heard that term before your definition of it and why it's important.

[00:37:43] So prophetic literacy, first of all, the foundation of it is scripture and you're no more powerful than you are knowledgeable. So if you don't know scripture, it's going to be very hard for you to prophesy with power and with accuracy. So the literacy of that thing are basically it's prophetic protocol. It's the rules. It's more of an art than a science, knowing what to say and what not to say, knowing what to release,

[00:38:12] what not to release, how to release it. So the literacy part of it is really your journey in learning how to be an effective prophet. Most people that say they're a prophet, they're not in the office. If you cannot operate in the word of knowledge, you are not in the office of a prophet. I don't care what you say. But, you know, so that's to me, that's really the definition of it. It's you got to be a journeyman in that thing. You got to go to school.

[00:38:40] You have to learn the protocol, the art of it. I mean, our primary goal is to make sons and daughters. It's all about salvation. It ain't about prophesying they're going to get a brand new Jaguar next week. You know, so yeah, that's basically what it is. Yeah, yeah. And in this generation, we talked a little bit earlier about just the noisiness of it, right? How you can turn on any live, you talked about Clubhouse, you could turn, you know,

[00:39:06] and you'll just hear all sorts of seemingly or accurately prophetic messages beyond the prophetic, just spiritual messaging, you know, the Christian influencer is a thing now, you know. And I love the Christian influencer. I think it's important. If every other industry can have influencers, then Christian should have influencers as well. My biggest concern is consistency, you know.

[00:39:33] Like recently I saw someone who does great Christian content that I like. And then I went on her story and she was literally cussing somebody out. And I was like, it was jarring. I'm like, wait. Right, right, right. Wait, girl, like even if this is how you talk in your life, let God deal with you. Why are you, what's happening? Like, you know, so I think that's where it can get kind of confusing. But it's noisy.

[00:40:02] Even spiritual things are noisy. In that type of environment, how would you instruct a young believer to hear the voice of God? How would you instruct someone who's maybe a little mature, let's say they're 10 plus years in the faith, no matter the age, to hear the voice of God? And then how would you instruct someone who is mature in the natural, meaning you're 50, 60 years old, right? 70 years old.

[00:40:31] And you are not necessarily listening to the voice of God or don't even know how to hear the voice of God in this season of your life. Maybe you heard it when you were younger, but now you... How would you instruct us all in this time, this day and time? That's a great question. First of all, I rolled my eyes when you said influencer. I know. It's a loaded term. Well, no. It's just that most people that want to be an influencer is just, look at me, look at me, look at me. That's basically what they want. Yeah.

[00:40:59] You know, they want to influence you to follow them and not anything of substance. But listen, the golden rule to learn how to hear the voice of God is prayer. There's... People be... Girl, how'd you lose so much weight? I stop eating. There's no trick. There's no trick, you know? So it's like the golden rule, the more you pray, the more you hear. Yeah.

[00:41:27] And people that say that they have never heard the voice of God, I know they don't have a prayer life at all. Basically. They're completely... Their well is dry. They're devoid of any kind of, you know, intimacy with God. So for me and everyone that I've taught and been in church with forever, when they started curating a relationship with the Lord. And if there was nothing... And I tell people, stop with all the grand these, thou's, and those. God don't care nothing about that. When you sit down to pray, just talk. Yeah.

[00:41:56] Just regular. Yeah. You know? I mean, all that other stuff that we learn from our culture, African American culture, all that cadence, the way people pray. I said, that's a bunch... It's entertainment. It lulls you to sleep. You can't even remember what they prayed. You know? So I tell people, for all three of those generations, prayer. You've got to start praying. And the reason why is it switches your spirit man on more.

[00:42:22] I mean, the spirit man is fully grown when you're a baby. Full grown Jesus on the inside when you're a baby. So spirit, soul, and body, you know, that's what we're comprised of. That's good. So no good thing lies in the flesh. The flesh is not going to hell. Well, that's the reason why, you know, it'll entice you to go to a party, entice you to smoke, get hot. It's not going with you to hell. It's going to drive you there and drop you off at the door. It's not going to heaven or hell. It goes, what does it say? The flesh goes back to the ground from when it came.

[00:42:50] So you have to always buffet your flesh. That old craziness. Oh, I just follow my heart. The heart is deceitfully wicked. Above all things. The Lord said you can't follow your heart. Yeah. So you want to hear the voice of God. First of all, you got to believe that you're going to hear. You're going to hear because faith is a big thing. A lot of people just, and your words are so important. Death and life and the power of the tongue. You say, I can't hear. Well, you're actually causing that to be a real thing in your life because you're creating your world with your words.

[00:43:20] So start saying, I will be able to hear. I can hear. And start believing it. But when you begin to pray more, you turn that switch on. You activate your spirit, man. And then you'll start noticing things. God is always speaking. He's always talking. So you'll start seeing things. Something will catch you. Like old folks say it'll quicken you. You know, and you'll be like, oh, that had to be God. And quit saying in your mind, when you hear something, is that me or is it God? That thought was not you. You never would have thought that.

[00:43:50] So it is God that's dropped. And he's speaking in that way. People feel like it's going to be a Cecil B. DeMille. Scroll, going to fall down from the sky. That's not how it works. Yeah. The voice is your own. When you're in prayer and people say, what does God's voice sound like? When you're in prayer and you hear the Holy Ghost speaking, it sounds like your own voice. It's just different. It's quiet. Yeah. But it's a powerful statement. It's a directive. You know, it's, oh my God.

[00:44:20] It's like, it's prophecy. It's, you know, it's awesome. Yeah. So you got to pray more. Yes. You don't like to pray and you don't like to praise. You're a strange animal. I agree. I love me some prayer. I don't play about prayer. It is, it's my lifeline. It's my, my anchor. You know, I need God to know that I'm listening for his voice and that I trust him with my emotions.

[00:44:47] Cause I grew up keeping my emotions to myself and I realized in my adulthood, I was being that way in prayer. I remember telling a mentor of mine years ago when I was very, very single and I was like, you know, you know, I said this then I was like, listen, man, this kid's starving. God don't care that I'm single. And she said, you know, God is big enough to handle the starving kids and your desire for a husband. Right.

[00:45:12] And she just helped me see my view of God was so small that the enemy had made me think my needs didn't matter to him. They were trivial to him. He got bigger things to worry about, you know? And I realized that for me, that came from my childhood because although I, and I can confidently say my parents didn't make me feel this way somewhere in my head, my mind went, your siblings have greater needs than you. My sister was sickly. My brother had stuff.

[00:45:42] You know, my dad, you know, was around definitely, but didn't live with us. So if he didn't, if he said he was going to take us to Coney Island and didn't come, right? My sister would be supremely disappointed. My brother would be angry. So I said, well, just chill because there's no space for all your little needs. These other people need to be taken care of. And again, my parents never made me feel that way.

[00:46:09] But somewhere I told myself as a kid that there's a bigger things that's more important than what you feel right now. And so I realized I was doing that in my prayer life. And when she said that, my whole prayer life changed because I'm like, oh, God can handle. He can handle my trivial. Now I pray about anything. I pray for my edges to grow. I pray for anything. Yes. You know, and I really do believe that it helps me hear his voice very, very clearly.

[00:46:37] And what I try to share with younger women who ask me, you know, how do you know something is from God? And how do you know that question we ask ourselves? One of the things I always share with them is the most challenging thing you'll feel about something from God is challenge. But you won't feel defeated. You won't feel put down. You won't feel stupid. You won't feel incapable. You won't feel like you can never lose the weight or you can never write that book or you can never. True. If something leaves you feeling like that, it's from the enemy.

[00:47:07] But if you come from a spiritual background of you're never good enough, you think that's God. True. That is so true. That's not God. I love somebody. Yeah. Most people feel like God doesn't love them. Yes. They really feel that way. Yes. Or he's disappointed in them. I tell people, if you could get it through your head that God's not disappointed in you and that his greatest pleasure is to bless you. It's his pleasure. You know how you go to Chick-fil-A and it's like, it's my pleasure.

[00:47:36] It's his pleasure. Hope in a future. It's his pleasure. If we could get that, we'd be in a different place. Yes. And I think one of the things that I love about what you do and what you do in ministry and training, it seems, is that you give people hope and you help them see that God is for them. Absolutely. Even in their dreams. Give me a little bit about EOE Global. Okay.

[00:48:03] And then I also want you to talk about Prophets Cave Live and Reloaded that's coming out on September 12th. Okay. So EOE Global stands for Eye of the Eagle Global, which the Holy Ghost came to me in prayer because I had no idea what I was going to name that. And so he said it's EOE Global. He even gave me the logo and everything. So what it is, this is basically going to be, and I say going to be because we're in the forming stages, the burning stages of the EDU wing of the ministry.

[00:48:33] So it's educational. Teaching, I'm going to have a school in Dallas, a school of the prophets in Dallas. And for this kind of, this is a segue into the September 12th meeting, we're going to, for the first time, we're going to have classes in the daytime. And so we're offering six classes and they're not interconnected. They're all different. Cause somebody said, why are you doing a class on lights, film and production? Okay. So there's no Christians in Hollywood. Yeah. So anyway, so yeah.

[00:49:02] So EOE Global is basically centered around education, training prophets, just prophets. I'm not trying to go into anything else, but I do have other leadership classes. I mean, other classes that I've been doing, like leadership, prayer class, how to write your first book. I didn't really feel like I was a bestseller until I had two consecutive bestsellers. I'm like, oh, okay. That really solidifies it. So how to have a bestselling book on Amazon. So I have a class on, a new author's class, just different classes.

[00:49:31] So EOE Global is really about education and bringing prophets together. And even if we are asked to come into a church and minister, because we've done that before, we just finished going into the Midwest, 40 miles west of Chicago and Bolingbrook and did a prophetic night where we prophesied everybody in the building, which takes hours. But you have like four or five teams and then people line up and we're doing that same thing again. So now to go into September 12th, prophets came live and reloaded. This is our fourth one.

[00:50:00] And we're going to, now the Lord told me, you're going to be in Dallas. This is where it's going to be. Okay. Cause I was going to Malcolm X college in Chicago doing it great base there, packed it out the first time we did it, but we're going to do it in Dallas annually. So that is a, basically a prophetic ministry night. It's where we bring the word of the Lord and prophesied to everybody in the house. And that's basically what we're going to be doing.

[00:50:28] And the way I thought it was a mistake for it to be on September 12th, cause I had it in October last year. And I kind of like wanted to stay in October, but September 12th is the beginning of the new Jewish new year, you know? So I'm like, okay, God, this works. Yeah. So yeah. So that's what we're doing with that. Okay. And on September 12th, um, in Frisco, Texas. Yes. How can people register? How can people become more associated with what's going to happen that night?

[00:50:54] They can register, go to my page on, I'm on Facebook and I pinned the flyer at the top of my Facebook page, June Hollingsworth, H O L L I N G S W R I T H is my name. And you can click on the flyer and then it'll have the registration link. So you can register. You can only take two classes because we don't have enough time to do more than that. So you can take one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and then the evening gathering is naturally free for all. Yeah. Yeah. Awesome.

[00:51:23] Well, I have a question that I end up with before I ask you that question though, if there was one thing you can tell my audience about why they should read and purchase this book, what would you say? I would say after reading that book, any of you who believe in Palo Santo burning, crystals, astrology, I'm just going to say it like this. The book will give you, it'll, it'll give you food for thought to think about those things

[00:51:53] because you're thinking that those things are protecting you and they're actually opening up a portal for spirits of darkness to get into your life and to destroy your life. So after reading this book, it is my prayer that this will plant a seed and you'll be curious. And now you'll question the things that you're doing because there's nowhere in the Bible that says that you can burn sage or crystal where smoke gets rid of a demon. Yeah. I mean, you can't support that.

[00:52:23] So anything that you're doing, if you can't find a scripture that lines up with that, you need to question it. And this book will cause you to question some things. I love that. Yeah. I love that. The last question that we asked here on the podcast is in the grand scheme of things, what do you want your legacy to be? I heard that when I listened to you interview Cantrell. Is that his name? Cantrell. Yeah. Cantrell Reagan. I was listening to that last night and I said, ooh, she going to ask me that so I already know the answer.

[00:52:51] I want for my, the legacy that I must leave is my children have to serve God. If I were to die and my kids did not serve God and would lose their life, it would all be in vain. It makes me almost want to cry. So get it together, June. It's okay. You can cry. So that's one of my priorities.

[00:53:16] And then the other thing is that everything that God had me do brought men and women closer to him and changed their life. It's all about, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get teary-eyed, but it's all about people giving their life to God. Yeah. So that's the kind of legacy that you have to leave that everything that you did, it made an impact on someone and they changed their life.

[00:53:45] When people come back and even tell us on the team that the prophecy that, you know, the Lord released through us was so accurate and now they've moved to North Carolina and the job that, you know, the Lord said I was going to get through you, it happened. It's like, you lift me up, I'll draw men unto me. That's what it's all about. Yeah. So that's, that's the legacy I want to leave. Well, you are well on your way. You're well on your way to leaving that legacy.

[00:54:10] And, um, I really believe that there is a specific group of people in this world that are called to do what you do much less than, than are trying to do it. Um, but I believe there's a very specific group that God trust in that way. And so I'm always praying for people like you, for prophets, for people who intercede, for

[00:54:37] people who are in more than just what I would call regular ministry. Right. Because there is, I feel like I'm regular ministry. I'm preach, teach, love on, encourage, visit you in the hospital. And there's a place for that. That's important. You do that so that the person who needs to war and tarry all night can do that without having to go to the hospital. You know what I mean? Somebody got to do each part, but I think there's a really specific weight on what you

[00:55:06] and people like you do that I'm always prayerful that God will continue to sustain you. And although you may not need it from men that you would feel appreciated and honored and respected in the spaces that God has you in. So I hope that you felt that today. I did. And I thank you. This is everything I knew it would be. And I'm so grateful for you being here. Thanks so much. You're welcome. It was a pleasure. This has been another episode of I'll Just Let Myself In.

[00:55:30] And I hope that you guys have been so encouraged and uplifted by the conversation that I was able to have with June, prophet June Hollingsworth. I really do believe that there is a space in your life for prophecy, a space in your life for God to reveal more to you. And I believe that he will use specific people to do that.

[00:55:54] More importantly than that, he will use his word, his word unto you through the written scripture and through his personal time with you to reveal to you the things that he wants for you to know. The challenge is for you to get in that quiet place, for you to get in that secret place and actually spend time with God so that you can hear his voice. I know this was a little bit different than what we normally do, right? This is a little deeper than what we normally do.

[00:56:19] We talk a lot about entrepreneurship and people letting themselves in and going after things in their God-given doors. But I got to tell you, it is my true belief that if you don't get this part right, even if you walk through the door, it'll be hard to stay in. So I pray that this is something that encourages you to go a little bit deeper.
