In honor of Male Survivor Awareness Day 2026 (October 25th annually), we have a panel of 3 prior guests for an honest conversation about trauma-related flashbacks and nightmares. The panel shares personal experiences with somatic and visual flashbacks, triggers, night terrors, and dissociation, and discusses how therapy and support can help. They explore practical ways to ground and process difficult experiences. Their stories offer insight into how trauma can affect the body and mind—and a reminder to survivors that they are not alone.
