[00:00:00] And as we said last week, John 11 was that full-compoint in John's gospel and now we're making a turn. That was kind of the end of Jesus' public ministry. He had his pinnacle miracles, pinnacle sign of raising Lazarus from the dead. This sign showed us not only that

[00:00:39] he could have power over death which he does and sinned but that he also in a spiritual way brings the dead spiritually to life spiritually. He's the only one that can do that. And he's the our God on earth. That's why we've named this whole series in

[00:00:57] carnation. He's come into the flesh and so here if you remember from last week we come into the timeline that Jesus has just raised Lazarus from the dead and the Jewish leaders are not very happy about it and they've conspired to do whatever takes to

[00:01:14] put Jesus to death and we read beginning in John chapter 12 verse 1. Six days before the Passover, Jesus therefore came to Bethany where Lazarus was whom Jesus had raised from the dead so they gave a dinner for him there. Martha served in Lazarus

[00:01:34] was one of those reclining with him at table. Mary therefore took a pound of expensive ointment made from pure Nard and a nine of the feet of Jesus in a wipe his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume. But Judas is

[00:01:50] carry at one of his disciples he who was about to betray him said why was this ointment not sold for 300 denarion given to the poor? He said this not because he cared about the poor

[00:02:02] but because he was a thief and having charge of the money big he used to help himself to what was put into it. Jesus said leave her alone so that she may keep it for the day of my

[00:02:14] burial. For the poor you always have with you but you do not always have me. When the large crowd of the Jews learned that Jesus was there they came not only on a count of him but also to see Lazarus

[00:02:28] whom he had raised from the dead so that she preached made plans to put Lazarus to death as well because on a count of him many of the Jews were going away and believing in Jesus.

[00:02:44] This is God's word let's pray. Dear Lord we're gathered here this morning we're talking about you and I pray Lord that you bless me as I deliver you word, bless the hearts and the ears that

[00:02:58] hear the word whether they're in this room or somewhere else because your word is powerful I pray it has it in fact on our hearts and our lives and that we reflect you as we go from this place today and we pray in Jesus name. Amen

[00:03:17] I'm sure you've heard this name Ray Crock. Ray Crock was the owner of McDonald's and he was asked by a reporter what he believed in. He said I believe in God my family and McDonald's and he went on to say

[00:03:37] when I get to the office I reverse the order. Ray Crock was the owner of the world's most prolific food chain and the San Diego Padres and he died with a net worth of over $600 million

[00:03:58] we would say that's pretty successful career. He was also married in divorce three times his fourth wife is last wife was formerly as mistress from a long standing adulterous affair with her both married to other people. Ray Crock ended up in alcoholic rehab patient

[00:04:23] serial adulterer and early in his career had promised the two founding members of McDonald's to buy them out for $2.7 million with royalties and they broke his promise to them and he left them in the dust. Ray Crock had his priorities. Another point we'll see

[00:04:51] in this passage for today outside of priorities is polarization and you don't have to go any farther than politics and religion to see polarization in the world and name any subject you want abortion. Sex and gender issues vaccine mandates, gun rights,

[00:05:10] immigration and on and on politics become very polarizing and you go to religion and we can just cut to the chase and ask the question is Jesus the only way to salvation. Among

[00:05:25] all the myriad other questions that polarize in religion if you ask that one question is Jesus the only way to salvation you get some polarizing standpoints and we hear a lot this this

[00:05:37] mantra can't we just tolerate each other can we just all get along it's a virtue to tolerate others beliefs and their belief systems we hear that. The early 20th century Christian author and philosopher

[00:05:53] G. K. Chesterson said this about tolerance he said tolerance is the virtue of the man without convictions and the 20th century theologian rush limba put it this way he paraphrased Chesterton he said

[00:06:08] tolerance is the virtue of people who don't believe in anything I don't want to be known as a person who doesn't believe in anything do you I don't want to be a person without any convictions we should have strong convictions in the Christian life I think it's necessary

[00:06:29] that if you're a Christian you have strong convictions you have strong standpoints if you're a true believer in Christ and this polarizes people in this passage from John 12 the first 11 verses we see these two ideas priorities and polarization

[00:06:45] and I wonder what we can learn for our own lives from what John writes here let's look at the two first verses where John writes six days before the Passover so this is a week before

[00:06:54] Jesus dies there came therefore Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was whom Jesus has raised from the dead so they gave a dinner for him there Martha served and Lazarus was one of

[00:07:07] those reclining with him at table for having a party for Lazarus we would do the same they're celebrating his new life in Jesus is there Martha his sister serving from other gospel accounts Matthew Luke we learned that this celebration was taking place at the home of a

[00:07:29] Pharisee his name was Simon and he's called Simon the lepper and it really should be called Simon he should be called Simon the former lepper Jesus healed him and so there at a Pharisee's house

[00:07:40] believe it or not Martha Lazarus sister was serving them your first note if you're taking notes says the ways we worship the same Lord may look different but he has always glorified when it's done

[00:07:55] from a sincere heart we worship the Lord differently you know we weren't Minnesota we're North America our church services look different than church services in Africa or South America or the Middle East but it's the same Lord and he knows if our worship is true because he knows

[00:08:16] our heart if it's sincere worship there's also times when we can try to look like we're worshiping but really not worshiping we want to look the part we're not having a good day we're not

[00:08:27] really in the mood and we want to look the part and he knows that you might be able to fool your neighbor your friends, your spouse but God knows and as we'll see here in this passage both Lazarus sisters are

[00:08:40] here and they're both honoring and worshiping Jesus albeit in different ways look at verse 3 Mary now comes into the picture Mary therefore took a pound of expensive ointment made from pure

[00:08:50] Nard and a 9 did the feet of Jesus and wiped his feet with her hair the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume that's a different way to worship we can understand Martha serving them

[00:09:03] waiting on them bringing the food clean in the table that was her worship and she liked to do that in other places in the scripture she's a servant she serves that's a gift

[00:09:13] and Jesus was blessed by that but Mary here goes a little more extravagant in the worship category apparently she does this unbelievable thing it was an alibaster flask she broke it we learned from

[00:09:31] Mark's gospel account Mark 14 she broke it and she poured it over Jesus head and feet note alibaster is like it's almost like clay and you can break it it's like a

[00:09:46] I guess it's like a clay this thing material so when you break it it doesn't get put back together in the fact here that she broke it shows a certain mindset of Mary that there's no going back

[00:09:58] after I break this this is what I'm doing with it I'm honoring my Lord with this and I wonder if that's how we follow Jesus is there a no going back mindset of us or do we

[00:10:12] hedge our bets when she went in here to that room this is an expensive jar of ointment she broke it poured it on Jesus wiped it off with her hair and looks account Luke chapter 7 she wiped

[00:10:30] her his feet with her hair and it says that she kissed his feet and I'm knowing to them with the oimen and she's going overboard she's going the extra extra mile it seems she's really worshiping

[00:10:43] Jesus as opposed to Martha who's just waiting on them maybe that's what we might say but is that what Jesus said I wonder your question is which sister worshiped Jesus better according to who according to man according to what I would say according to outward appearances

[00:11:06] or according to the heart according to what God sees I think you know the answer neither neither one worshiped Jesus better they both worshiped Jesus they just worshiped him differently look at first Samuel 16 reminded me of this verse the Lord sees not as a man sees

[00:11:28] man looks on the outward appearance but the Lord looks on the heart if our worship is genuine from the heart the Lord knows it even if it looks like to the outsider I'm just waiting on a table the Lord knows

[00:11:44] Martha's posture over her heart and it was sincere doesn't have to look like how others worship on the other hand the Lord also knows that at times when we're trying to kind of fake it before we make it the Lord knows that too

[00:12:03] the Lord knows our heart he looks on the inside and he also knows whether there exists any worship at all if we're only here to look good for some reason you go back over in Luke chapter 7 where we

[00:12:19] read now one the Pharisee who invited him saw this now this is how we might react Pharisee Simon the leper who had invited him saw this this breaking of the Alibaster jar and pouring it over Jesus had in feet and she's kissing his feet what is

[00:12:35] what does he gonna think he's very premium proper being a Pharisee and all he says now when the Pharisee invited him saw this he said to himself if this man were a prophet he would have known who and what sort of woman this is

[00:12:49] who's touching him for she is a sinner and what Luke writes here before his quote is very interesting he says when the Pharisee who invited him saw this he said to himself

[00:13:10] we're told the scripture that the Holy Spirit gave the man who wrote scripture the words to say that's how we know sometimes when Jesus is alone in the garden praying we have the scripture

[00:13:20] about what he said the Holy Spirit allowed the man that knowledge supernaturally and they wrote it here's some thoughts of Simon the leper in his own home what is he why is he letting

[00:13:34] her do that that's ridiculous I invited him to my house we should be proper and respectful and here she is making a scene we might say something like that to ourselves sometimes Simon might have thought this was scandalous or improper he might have said to himself you know

[00:13:55] this is not the time for this we're having a meal here this is my house you're making it all about you or something it's not the time look at how she's worshipping but the Lord was blessed

[00:14:08] what do you say that is the disciples will see in a minute and by this we have to see our unique relationship our individual relationship with our Lord is just that it's unique my relationship

[00:14:19] with the Lord is different from your relationship with the Lord now my salvation through the Lord is the same as your salvation but I worship him similar to you but a little different

[00:14:31] none of us worship exactly the same don't let anyone shame you for not worshipping the way they worship they might look at you and say well you're not doing it right you're not worshipping right

[00:14:42] well who are they to say that if it's biblical now if you are making it all about you I would say God knows that and you shouldn't do that but if it's not that if you're heart is sincere and authentic

[00:14:54] God knows that and that's all the matters your next note here says only you and God know whether what you're doing is authentic worship and also whether it's not because you know what I can't

[00:15:08] tell the difference if you have your hands lifted and you're praising the Lord to me it looks like authentic worship but I don't know if it really is only God does and you do because you know

[00:15:19] your heart you might be thinking to yourself we Simon was here I hope everyone is looking at me because this looks really holy and I want them to think I'm really holy no one knows you're saying

[00:15:32] that but you and God and he's the one you have to answer to on judgment day but if your heart is pure and you're just basking in God's glory then it doesn't matter what your neighbor says you don't have

[00:15:44] to answer to them on judgment day you have to answer to him it's been said and you may have heard this saying that when you worship you really have one an audience of one an audience of the Lord

[00:15:59] and we should always be striving for a closer walk with him we hear that that old him just a closer walk with the and we should always be striving for a deeper understanding of him and once we have

[00:16:11] a closer walk or a deeper understanding and we understand more about the word we'll have a fuller expression of our worship to him moving on in verse 4 entered Judas is scarier but Judas is scarier one of the his disciples whom he who was about to be

[00:16:33] tray him said why was this I'm not sold for 300 denari and given to the poor he said this not because he cared about the poor but because he was a thief and having charged the money bag he used

[00:16:46] to help himself to what was put into it in Matthew and Mark's account we read the same in each that some of the disciples even kind of empathize with Judas they thought actually that's a good

[00:16:58] point yeah Jesus why we why do we do that we kind of made some money here and given to the poor here she just wasted it all on your feet Matthew says that they were indignant Matthew 26 Mark 14 says that they

[00:17:13] scolded her the disciples say hey Mary stop what are you doing I don't do this often we have a pop quiz today remember what do you know what the Greek word is which is translated into

[00:17:29] scold here was that son like being indignant it's Emberma oh my remember that word Emberma oh my righteous anger the disciples had righteous anger because they thought

[00:17:46] they were right we could have saved this we could have had all this money to give to the poor isn't that great Judas played the poverty card he wanted to act holy but he didn't care about the poor he cared about himself

[00:18:02] he cared about how much he could skim off the top and boy I tell you what we learned something from his his statement here he had an ulterior motive he wanted to look holy but let Jesus why can't we give

[00:18:16] this to the poor you know that's an honorable thing right Jesus certainly will maybe tell Mary to kind of hold back or you know call it off leave was just thinking about himself the history books here at

[00:18:29] at least he's first few verses don't really do Judas any favors in the first few verses he's called a thief a scoundrel a traitor but there is something to be can learn from what he says

[00:18:46] he mentions that this nard this alibaster jar is worth 300 denari what is that well denari is about a day's wage so this little flask was worth about a year's wages this might have been her

[00:19:01] life savings and investment you know perfumes back in these times where we're used as investments like gold to put gold in the safe we just leave it there and after while we need we need it we

[00:19:12] go back and get it out this might have been her dowry for when she is given in marriage basically all she had she broke at that day honored Jesus with it very expensive

[00:19:29] she did the math she kind of the cost and apparently it was worth it to her to do that and Jesus blessed her foreth and that's how Mary worshiped Jesus that day you know could we honestly say that we worship Jesus this way or that we ever have

[00:19:48] let's just give it all to him and on the talking about money I'm talking about just my will my dreams my pursuits and life just give it all to him no going back I'm committed to this

[00:20:03] not hedging my bets to Mary did that day your next notes says serving our Lord involves a willingness to relinquish everything and to be on a shame doing so this is what Mary did that

[00:20:18] day and I put these two words in here relinquish it means you're just giving it up it's gone I release any any right that I have to this thing whether be my will my

[00:20:32] ointment whatever it is I'm relinquishing it got its yours and to be on a shame to do so to some people they don't want to lift their hands in service that's okay because they don't want to cause attention or they don't want to have the eyes looking and

[00:20:47] they feel embarrassed that's okay they wish it differently fine I don't wish it any better than they do or in this case Mary she let her hair down now this culture in our culture we would think no big deal

[00:21:04] first century ancient Near East to let your hair down if you're Jewish woman that's scandalous that's only for the eyes of of a husband to see covered your hair keep it up by what tells us that the hair of woman is her glory

[00:21:24] in the first century the hair was actually seen as an extension of how can I put this fertility in certain ways so you keep that bundle up covered and just leave it until

[00:21:42] you get home with your husband but this woman Mary was unashamed she said I'm gonna let me hair down what Jesus feet and I don't care I don't care what anybody says

[00:21:56] I think that's a good testimony for us I'm gonna worship God how I think I need to worship him and it's gonna be genuine and sincere and a people are looking at me and watching at me I don't care

[00:22:06] I don't care what they say Mary didn't care what they said that day and that's a great testimony for us in a way that speaks for of us forsaking all we value what do we value again whenever we say these terms

[00:22:23] value and everything we think money bank accounts but I mean other things where's your heart What do I value most can we forsake that relinquished that for the sake of Jesus he may never call on us to relinquish all of it

[00:22:38] But are we willing to if you did Do we aspire to be able to do that well let's see how Jesus responds to Mary's extravagant expression of worship in verse seven Jesus said leave her alone

[00:22:57] To the disciples so that she may keep it for the day of my burial for the poor you always have with you But you do not always have me What was he saying here Because obviously by the The outside eye we could say well Mary did something

[00:23:13] Pretty outlandish here that day and Jesus told the disciples leave her alone It was as if Jesus could have said she knows That this is a time to embrace Not a time to refrain from embracing we've heard that It's a time to embrace

[00:23:36] Jesus rebuked Judas and those disciples who were scolding Mary who had that righteous anger for her He said hey guys settle down let her do it let her do it He said that what she had done was an honorable thing he said it was a timely thing

[00:23:53] This was the time for it. There's a time for holding back And there's a time for having restraint But in the mind of Jesus now wasn't the time for that For restraint in honoring Jesus why because Jesus knew why Because he'd be dead in a week

[00:24:13] That's why I Don't think Mary knew that but Jesus did and so he used that to see now's the time Won't be long now guys In the fall of 1965 The American rock band the birds remember the birds They released a song called turn turn turn

[00:24:35] That ring any bells Went to number one in the U.S. it was a rendition of a portion of ecclesiasties chapter three The melody was written in hopes of promoting peace amid Aluminum war and Vietnam and other social unrest But the words were taken from ecclesiasties chapter three

[00:24:58] In all read from ecclesiasties three verse one For everything there's a season and a time for every matter under heaven A time to be born and a time to die A time to plant and a time to pluck up with what is planted

[00:25:14] a time to kill and a time to heal a time to break down and a time to build up a time to weep and a time to laugh A time to mourn and a time to dance A time to cast away stones time to gather stones together

[00:25:32] a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing Time to seek At time to lose a time to keep and a time to cast away a time to tear and a time to soul A time to keep silence and a time to speak

[00:25:52] A time to love and a time to hate a time for war and a time for peace for everything there's a season and a time for every matter under heaven and For those in that room with Jesus that night less than a week before his death

[00:26:16] In the heart and mind of Mary It was a time to embrace Even though Simon the Pharisee didn't think it was a time to embrace In according to Jesus she was right She was right Mary has her priorities too

[00:26:45] Your next note says we need to exercise spiritual wisdom As we deliberate over our actions The other way to say this is We have to be smart about what we're doing as well as when and how I think the word is prudent

[00:27:06] We have to think about things let's use some spiritual wisdom Is it time for that whatever we're thinking about doing our our priorities in order Or maybe it's not the time Our is my my priorities in God's order they may be in my order

[00:27:24] Great cracks priorities were in his order Mary's priorities were hurt were in her order But are my priorities in God's order Judas priorities weren't in order Many times if around us we can say even though we're in Christ where believers our priorities are mixed up

[00:27:46] Not that Judas was a believer But he was close to Jesus close physically to Jesus But not spiritually Maybe think we think that what we should do is the right thing to do and it is the right thing to do, but it's not the right time

[00:28:03] Or maybe what we want to do It's right time to do something it's wrong thing Have some spiritual wisdom. How do we do that? Will you go to the word go to prayer go to another wise council a person in the church a strong believer

[00:28:21] We can have council among each other we should We don't want to be acting in a knee jerk manner especially with the things of the Lord We don't want to be driven by our emotions We should be prudent In doing so we honor the Lord

[00:28:40] We've seen a couple examples here Different priorities Judas's priorities Mary's priorities Alter your motives since serumotives Now we're gonna see some polarizing effects of of Jesus who he is who he claims to be verse nine

[00:28:58] Says this when the large crowd of the Jews learn that Jesus was there They came and not only on a count of him, but also to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead. I like how John repeats that every time now he says Lazarus

[00:29:12] He says by the way that's the guy Jesus raised from the dead Well, it's Lazarus he raised him from the dead So the chief priest made plans to put Lazarus to death as well

[00:29:23] Because on a count of him many of the Jews were going the way in believing in Jesus. Oh What a shame that is now more people are coming to Christ we've got to get rid of that guy too How feudal how feudal of a plan that would be?

[00:29:38] But here's the polarization Apparently the Jews were not as concerned with the truth of God As they were with their place in their nation They wanted to keep what they had and God comes down in the flesh

[00:29:55] And they reject him and they say no, we want our stuff It's more important. I'm prioritizing this over this Over you They had their priorities too. How is comes back to priorities? Another way to say priorities is desires once

[00:30:17] Your next note says though it sometimes challenging for us Truth must take priority over our misplaced priorities Truth must take priority over our priorities, especially when they're misplaced Do we have our wants and our needs and our desires and our priorities?

[00:30:39] And then we have the truth and we say I shouldn't do this thing What do you do? To microcosm these daily decisions we have of what's happening here in the first century when they're looking at Christ himself and saying no

[00:30:57] When I pursue my dream or my desire that's not according to the truth of God It's like we're looking at Jesus in the face and saying no This one's mine Not the time for you Jesus How you think that's gonna work out?

[00:31:19] Jesus is definitely a polarizing figure perhaps most polarizing figure the world's ever known I would say definitely is In scripture we're told for example Matthew 12 says he He says that if you're not with him you're against him

[00:31:36] Out of the miles of Jesus the mouth of Jesus those are polarizing words We divide time by his life and death BC and AD calendar He's based on the life of Jesus We use him as the benchmark

[00:31:53] He divides families with the truth and looked 12 or told he divides believers and unbelievers on judgment day Jesus is polarizing The gospel is offensive So in this first part of John 12 we see again different responses to Jesus We still see those different responses today

[00:32:16] And as she give us opportunity to ask ourselves a couple questions and also to learn some lessons from it One is do we have things in our lives prioritized according to God's will? Do we or not? I

[00:32:31] Don't know how often we take that inventory, but it's healthy to do it once in a while Maybe once a week on a Sunday would be good just as a benchmark You know we're here in church just go through it

[00:32:40] What am I doing this week? What have I been doing over the past month or six months? Am I on track with the God's priorities or not? It's healthy to do that Then you can shed some of those things that are just time consumers

[00:32:52] You know, I don't even like doing that. I thought I was Wanting to do that my garden or something and all the weeding and it's like you know what? I'm just gonna plant grass and mow over that thing because I don't ever eat the vegetables anyway

[00:33:03] Pick out of there God might have a better use for your time over here and you just always done it that way and you just never thought why am I still doing this thing? Maybe it's not a garden or something else

[00:33:15] Take an inventory god, where do you want my time to be spent? It's healthy for us and it also makes us more in effective witness for Jesus Do we have the things in our lives prioritized according to God's will?

[00:33:30] You can be on the right side of whether Jesus is Lord on that polar side And you're right there, but your priorities might not be aligned correctly quite yet That's probably every person in the world, okay, so you're not alone We're not perfect

[00:33:44] But that question does remain are we on the right side of the polarization of Jesus or not? I hope we are I think we all are here, but do we know people who are on the wrong side of that polarity and the wrong side of Jesus?

[00:33:58] Don't confess him as Christ Do you know people like that? I do And our hearts should break for them until they confess Jesus is Lord because again we just I was reminded this week this life is short We're not gonna live forever

[00:34:18] But if our priorities are upside down We become less effective missionaries to them To those people, those friends and family members who need Jesus Because we become too busy or Any other reason Your next note here says Jesus has always been polarizing

[00:34:40] Don't be surprised that he's still causing division today because of who he is Don't be surprised people are upset with you and your stance on politics or religion It's nothing new. He's always been polarizing Our virtue is not tolerance

[00:34:55] Our virtue isn't to be mean to people because they believe differently. It's to love people But to give them the truth in love Look chapter 12

[00:35:09] Jesus says out of his own mouth that he's a polarizing figure he says do you think that I've come to give peace on earth? No I tell you but rather division You don't see that on coffee mugs But it's the word of God

[00:35:26] Do you think that I've come to give peace on earth? No, I tell you but rather division For from now on in one house there will be five divided three against two and two against three They'll be divided father against son and son against father

[00:35:41] Mother against daughter and daughter against mother Mother and log against her daughter and law and daughter and log against mother and law division by what The gospel Division by the cross of Christ That's what divides that's what really divides. That's the dividing line

[00:36:00] In all of human history the person and work of Jesus Christ The gospel of Christ is what divides those who believe and those who do not The gospel that proclaims that Jesus Christ is king That he lived the perfect life the known could live

[00:36:21] Then he gave it up as a perfect offering to cover all sin First people for those who believe Those who put their faith in him to save them From the punishment of their sins That they deserved we deserve that punishment But he gave us grace

[00:36:43] And if you believe today that's you You don't deserve to be saved but he saved you because he's gracious God And if you believe today you'll be separated out you'll be divided From the unbelievers like the sheep are divided from the goats

[00:37:03] And you'll enter into eternal life by no work of your own But because Jesus saved you by his grace Because you believe to simple gospel Divides the world People don't like that They say why can't I come into?

[00:37:24] What about the wedding parable the man and we'll try to enter you didn't have the correct wedding Garment on given to them by the father He said you gotta go Why because you don't have the correct wedding garment what does that mean?

[00:37:38] It means Jesus gives us his robes of righteousness and that's how we enter That's what the parable means I can't make my own robes of righteousness Adam couldn't cover his sin with with the fig leaves Wasn't sufficient

[00:37:52] God says it's not sufficient let me do it and he made animal skins to cover their sin Where do animal skins come from animal who has it's blood shed? Because blood has to be shed according to God's law and Leviticus in order for sin to be forgiven

[00:38:11] That's a Christ our Passover lamb did for us each that is blood Perfect blood That's why it's sufficient for all our sins so don't ever doubt I've sin too much. I'm too far from God no because you didn't you didn't buy our salvation Christ did

[00:38:27] As paid for as finished There's a time for every season under heaven and so now's a time good at time as any I suppose to reassess Which things we think are important and when they need to be done and how they need to be done?

[00:38:50] We have elders now at Christ the word So these are some thoughts that will be going through pray for us pray for our elders So that we make prudent decisions with God's work with his money So that we're doing things on his timeline

[00:39:12] So that we can reflect Jesus well as a body To those around us who remain lost even today and we know then we shall probably have their names in our minds right now And we lost a loving saint last week and if your friends and family

[00:39:27] Pass away without knowing Christ That's when hope ends But today there's still hope Pray for them reach out to them Minister to them because now's always the time for that Amen, please stand with me as we pray

[00:39:51] There are Jesus once again with our so thankful for your salvation you've given us something we don't deserve We never could earn it but you're so gracious you love us so much you give your son to live a perfect life So that we can live

[00:40:06] So now Lord give us the boldness to share this good news that divides it will divide With friends and family don't know you yet so they can they can come over to the right side of Jesus

[00:40:18] Help us all to have a great week and open doors for us to minister So that people will come and know you better. We pray in Jesus name amen
