God wants you to have more—not for selfish gain, but for His glory. His blessings of peace, joy, love, and purpose are meant to equip you to serve others, reflect His character, and expand His Kingdom.
[00:00:37] Welcome to The Bible Speaks with your host Elgin Carelock. The Bible Speaks is a daily

[00:00:50] of truth and learning how to apply it to our daily lives. You may contact Elgin at the address
[00:00:57] given at the end of the broadcast. And now here's Elgin.
[00:01:02] Hey, brothers and sisters, I welcome you in the name of Yoshihua Hamashiach to another
[00:01:09] episode of Words of Inspiration. And today's the final episode of our series, Be More, Do
[00:01:18] More, Have More. And today's topic is titled, God Wants You to Have More. Our inspiration
[00:01:28] comes from 2 Corinthians 4, verse 15. And reading from the New International Version, it reads,
[00:01:37] All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause
[00:01:44] thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God. This verse reminds us that everything God does
[00:01:52] in our lives is ultimately for his glory, but it's also for our good. God desires for us to have more
[00:02:00] isn't just about material blessings. It's about experiencing more peace, joy, love, and purpose.
[00:02:10] These blessings equip us to serve others, reflect his glory, and live in the fullness of his promises.
[00:02:18] So let's explore what it means to embrace the more that God wants for us. When we hear God wants us to
[00:02:29] have more, it's easy to think of material wealth or worldly success, but God's abundance goes much
[00:02:38] deeper. It's about the intangible blessings that transform our lives and relationships. Blessings like
[00:02:46] peace, where God offers peace that surpasses all understanding, even in the midst of trials.
[00:02:54] Philippians 4 and 7 reads, And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,
[00:03:01] will guide your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. The blessing of joy. True joy comes from
[00:03:10] knowing God and trusting in his promises. Nehemiah 8 and 10 reads, The joy of the Lord is your strength.
[00:03:20] The blessing of love. God's love for us overflows into our relationships, helping us to love others
[00:03:28] selflessly. 1 John chapter 4 and 19 reads, We love because he first loved us. And the blessing of purpose.
[00:03:41] Living in God's will gives our lives meaning and direction. Ephesians 2 and 10 reads, For we are God's
[00:03:50] handiworks, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
[00:03:59] These are the riches that truly matter and reflect the fullness of life God desires for his children.
[00:04:05] The abundance God promises is rooted in our relationship with him. As we draw closer to him,
[00:04:15] he transforms our hearts, renews our minds, and aligns our desires with his will.
[00:04:22] Matthew 6 and 33 says, But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be
[00:04:30] given to you as well. When we prioritize our relationship with God, we begin to experience
[00:04:37] the more he has for us. This includes not only his provision, but also his presence, guidance,
[00:04:45] and favor. God's blessings aren't just for our enjoyment. They're tools for expanding his kingdom.
[00:04:54] When we embrace the more God has for us, we are better equipped to serve others and glorify his name.
[00:05:03] 2 Corinthians 4 and 15 reminds us that God's grace reaches more and more people through our lives,
[00:05:11] causing thanksgiving to overflow. Every blessing we receive is an opportunity to reflect God's goodness
[00:05:18] and point others to him. Practical ways to use God's blessing for his glory include sharing your resources.
[00:05:28] Be generous with your time, talents, and finances to bless those in need.
[00:05:34] Encouraging others. Use your experiences to inspire and uplift those who are struggling.
[00:05:41] And finally, living with integrity. Let your actions reflect God's character.
[00:05:47] Showing the world what it means to live a Christ-centered life. To experience the more that God desires for us,
[00:05:57] we must trust his promises and walk in faith. Sometimes this means stepping out of our comfort zones
[00:06:03] and waiting patiently for his timing. God's plans for us are always good, even when we can't see the full picture.
[00:06:12] As we trust him and remain faithful, he reveals his abundances in ways we could have never imagined.
[00:06:21] If you're ready to step into the more that God has for you, here are a few practical steps.
[00:06:28] Number one, deepen your relationship with God. Spend time in prayer, worship, and studying his word.
[00:06:36] Number two, seek his will. Ask God to align your desires with his purpose for your life.
[00:06:46] Number three, be a blessing to others. Use your gifts and resources to serve and uplift those around you.
[00:06:55] And finally, number four, celebrate God's faithfulness. Reflect on the blessings you've already received and give thanks.
[00:07:05] Brothers and sisters, as we close this series, I want to leave you with this truth.
[00:07:11] God wants you to have more, not for selfish gain, but for his glory.
[00:07:16] His blessings of peace, joy, love, and purpose are meant to equip you and serve others.
[00:07:24] Reflect his character and expand his kingdom.
[00:07:27] Second Corinthians 4 and 15 reminds us that everything God does in our lives is for our benefit and his glory.
[00:07:37] So as you move forward, remember to trust his promises, faithfully steward his blessings, and embrace the fullness of life he desires for you.
[00:07:48] I thank you for spending time with me on today.
[00:07:52] I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I look forward to our conversation on Sunday.
[00:07:57] Until then, God bless.
