If we believe that God called all of us, we can be confident that He knew we were fully equipped to accomplish His purpose. We have God’s assurance that He will strengthen, help, and uphold us (Isaiah 41:10) reinforce our confidence in fulfilling His divine calling.

[00:00:00] We're the spray friends together on our knees, let us pray friends together on our knees. And I fall on my knees with my face to the rise in sun, all over the earth, you see on the knees.

[00:00:27] Welcome to the Bible Speaks with Elgin Carelock. The Bible Speaks is a weekly ministry of harvest international.

[00:00:33] Our prayer is that the Bible Speaks will encourage you in your study of God's Word. You will be able to contact Elgin at the address given at the end of this broadcast. And now here's Elgin.

[00:00:46] Brothers and sisters, we welcome you in the name of our risen Savior, Jesus Christ, to another edition of Words of Inspiration. And today I have Sister Judy with me and we are going to have a discussion on the subject God call all of you.

[00:01:09] Our scripture-less variation comes from Romans, chapter 8, verses 29 through 30. And reading from the new Living Translation, it reads, For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his son.

[00:01:28] So that his son would be the first born among many brothers and sisters, and having chosen them, he called them to come to him, and having called them, he gave them right standing with himself, and having given them right standing, he gave them his glory.

[00:01:49] God called all of us because he knows what he put in us, and what he can accomplish through Christ Jesus. God can use you widely for his purposes, no matter your imperfections, because his strength is made perfect in our weaknesses,

[00:02:08] and he chooses the unlikely to fulfill his divine plans. Hello everyone! Some individuals receive a specific calling to a particular task or role. This can involve leadership, prophecy, ministry, or other forms of service. For example, Moses was called to lead the Israelites out of Egypt in Exodus 3-10.

[00:02:39] Individuals may feel a personal calling for God in their lives, directing them to particular paths or decisions that align with God's plan for them. A great example of this is Paul's calling to be an apostle to the Gentiles X9-15.

[00:02:59] Regarding a specific calling, Jeremiah 1-4 and 5, reading from the new International version, the word of a Lord came to me saying, before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart. I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

[00:03:24] So that means if your person who stutters or has a list, God called you to earth, knowing that, and still has a purpose for you. And for an example of a personal calling, Ephesians 4-1, reading from the new International version.

[00:03:44] And for an example of a personal calling, Ephesians 4-1, reading from the new International version, as a prisoner for the Lord, then I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.

[00:04:02] So in other words, don't take for granted the gifts you've been given because you think they're insignificant. Your gift could be the gift of great hugs and you can change the course of someone's life by letting God bless them through your hugs.

[00:04:20] One of my colleagues is service. I've always been very conscious and concerned for others since I was young. I've always taken care of animals and people. So I became a nurse and a mother.

[00:04:35] Nothing gives me more pleasure than taking care of people, whether it be physical discomfort as a nurse or making you feel comfortable and welcome in my home. I am a servant at heart. Ephesians 2-1-10, also reading from the new International version reads,

[00:04:56] For we are God's hand-eward, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Relievers can find confidence in knowing they are created for a purpose.

[00:05:13] If we believe that God called all of us, we can be confident that he knew we were fully equipped to accomplish his purpose. We have God's assurance that he will strengthen, help and uphold us as a 41-10. Reinforce our confidence in fulfilling his divine calling.

[00:05:36] Brothers and sisters, we thank you for spending time with us on today. We hope that you have a wonderful, wonderful weekend, and we look forward to our discussion on Sunday. Until then, God bless. God bless. This program is cared for by listeners who care.
