So, everybody who's an entrepreneur wants to scale their business. That's a no-brainer, right? Everybody's objective, obviously, is to grow their business. So, I want to talk about three strategies or three things that I'm doing right now that you can

[00:04:35] utilize ASAP. It doesn't take a lot, but these are some of the things that have helped me grow and scale my businesses this year. Number one, and today's show is going to be kind of short, email marketing to opt-ins. Email marketing to opt-ins and creating profitable email campaigns

[00:04:58] with my 20 email marketing system, better known as my $7 cheat code, which I just talked about. And guys, the reason that I really wanted to highlight this today is because it's made a big difference in several of my businesses that I implemented it in and I'm actually going to be implementing it in several more. So, email marketing to opt-ins. Now, if you've listened to the show for

[00:05:24] any period of time, you guys know I talk ad nauseum about building an email database. That is something you own. You don't own social media. You don't own Instagram, X, TikTok, whatever you're on, LinkedIn, you don't own those. You want to use them and leverage those platforms and take those people off of the platforms so you can get them on your database. And regardless of what

[00:05:51] you may think, guys, more sales are still done with email than any other platform. Yes, people buy on Instagram, TikTok, and all of that. They do buy on Amazon. I'm not talking about that, but in terms, but email is a major driver in sales and you own that email list. You own that. Nobody can stop you

[00:06:15] from emailing. And I talk about Amazon's prime day. Amazon owns those customers. So, when they want to turn the spigot on, all they do is have a prime day. Emails go out. Customers like you and I go buy things. So, email marketing to opt-ins, cold opt-ins. And so, as an entrepreneur, guys, you need to be

[00:06:40] building your database. All right. So, the first thing that I look at in the morning, it's not my bank account. It's how many new people have come into my databases. I have multiple businesses and multiple databases. Some small, some medium, and some large databases. And the biggest thing is that you're going to find is there's a correlation between how many people you have in your email database

[00:07:05] and how much money you're making. If you send out an offer to a database of 10,000 people and you have a 5% conversion rate, that means 500 people purchased your product or service. Now, that same offer with the same conversion rate and you have 100 people in your database, that means only 5 people are going

[00:07:30] to purchase that order. 5 sales versus 500 sales. So, you guys better recognize the importance of building a database. You want to de-platform your social media following. Leverage social media, continue to use it, but you need to de-platform them into a platform that you control. Email.

[00:07:54] Nobody stops you from sending emails, right? But people will stop you from posting social media posts if you get banned, flagged, or whatever, or God forbid your account gets shut down. So, one of the top strategies I'm using right now is email marketing to opt-ins. So, when I run my opt-ins with my lead magnets, it could be a free PDF checklist, a free online course, a free video, whatever it is, a quiz,

[00:08:24] I'm building opt-ins. These are cold opt-ins. And the reason why the $7 cheat code has been so powerful is, well, I'll give you a couple reasons. Number one, it runs on autopilot, right? There's a system and a sequence as to how and when and what you say in your emails. You don't want to sell somebody something all

[00:08:48] the time. It's all about closing that education deficit. People don't buy guys because they're not educated enough in terms of what your product does. Does it solve a problem? So, for example, you know, it's probably not the pricing. Your pricing is probably okay and it's probably not necessarily a trust factor, but it's a lack of education or an education deficit. So, once you answer all of the

[00:09:15] questions that people have, it's easier and more likely for them to convert. Make sure you guys go. So, there's a video I have on $7cheatcode.com. I want you to go there, watch the short two, three-minute video, and also read what I'm writing down below in terms of the education deficit. I'm telling you right now, it is a big changer for my business right now. So, I started using this

[00:09:44] 20 email system, follow-up automation system, and it's really changed my business. And I'll talk about an example in a minute. But number one, why you want to do email marketing to opt-ins is it runs on autopilot. Once you have the system in the sequence down, it's automatic. You consistently convert prospects to paying customers, guys. So, with that database, a lot of times people don't utilize their

[00:10:13] database, if they even have one. You don't want to start selling people all the time. You have to educate them and bring them up through a process. So, you're not necessarily going to get sales right away. It's not, oh, you send email one today, you're going to get a sale. But on email 12, 13, 14, or whatever, that's where you start to make that conversion. Guys, the average number of emails you

[00:10:40] have to send to somebody, have to send them, and they open and read them is anywhere from 18 to 21 or 22 to convert a sale. Now, how many of you guys, number one, send out that many emails? Probably not a lot. And I was like that until I started looking at the numbers and doing some research. And number two,

[00:11:03] do you know exactly what you need to send? What is your sequence like? What is your, what is the cadence? How often do you send them? And what happens is, and you know this personally, when all you see is an email from somebody or some company, and they're always just trying to sell you, sell you, sell you, sell you, you don't even open it after a while. So, make sure you go to the $7cheatcode.com

[00:11:28] for more information. Watch the video. Look at all the content down below that. So, email marketing, number one, to opt-in. So, it runs on autopilot. It consistently converts prospects to paying customers. You set it up once and you let it work, guys. You set it up right and you let it work. So, this is leverage. This isn't you going out there making phone calls and all that good stuff. This is using

[00:11:57] automation. And also, it helps you find profits you thought that where there were none. It's almost like finding change in the couch seats, in the cushions, right? Because it's actually going through your database and you're sending it out to people that you haven't talked to or communicated in in a while. And if you have the right sequence, you have the right subject lines, and you have the

[00:12:22] right content, it's going to convert. So, here's an example for one of my hair oil products, right? So, you know, I have flat irons, hair flat irons, and I have some hair oil products. I generated over $5,700 in 40 days, guys. $5,700 in 40 days just using the $7 cheat code which I created, all right?

[00:12:49] And what I wanted to do is I wanted to make a product that was going to make a big difference in your business, and I wanted to give it to you basically for a low cost. So, there's no excuse not to go and grab this. $7 is less than you're going to spend at McDonald's for lunch or wherever you go for lunch. $7, okay? It's funny, I was going to give it away for free, but when you give something

[00:13:17] away for free, people don't utilize it. But go to $7cheatcode.com. So, one of the three strategies I use, guys, right now in 2025 is email marketing to my opt-ins. If you are not building a database, then I don't know what to tell you. You must not be planning on being in business for a long time,

[00:13:39] all right? That's number one. Strategy number two, I'm leveraging AI for productivity. I'm leveraging AI for productivity. And I know everybody's using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot and all that, and that's great because they're great products, okay? But use AI and AI agents to handle what I'm

[00:14:03] doing, customer service and outreach. So, I'm going a little step further where I'm creating chatbots and also audio agents, audio AI agents. And I'll talk about that in a second. That's another example. But some of the benefits of leveraging AI for productivity is you save money by always being

[00:14:29] available, right? So, you don't have to have a receptionist on 24-7, 365 because that's not going to happen. Also, the AI automation doesn't miss work or take days off or get sick. Doesn't have a bad attitude, any of that stuff, right? So, it's getting so good now that some of this AI voice automation,

[00:14:51] you don't even know you're talking to an AI automation, okay? Another benefit is it mimics human conversation. Once you're able to teach your automation, I'm talking voice or written. It could be a chatbot or it could be an AI voice automation. Once they understand your business, they'll be able to have conversations with people calling in and be able to direct them wherever they need to be.

[00:15:21] Another benefit is, guys, it can do outbound calling and appointment setting and also receive inbound calls. So, once again, now you don't have to pay somebody. Now, it's going to cost you a little bit of money for the software and I'll talk about that shortly. You don't have to pay somebody to answer your calls. You don't have to pay somebody to cold call, all right? You can actually set up the

[00:15:46] automation to do outbound calls and receive inbound calls and do customer service and appointment setting. You can set it up with Calendly or whoever you use for your appointment platform and you can actually have that AI voice automation set your calendar for you. And last but not least, guys, it can qualify prospects and direct them appropriately. So, in my mortgage business,

[00:16:15] I've actually created an audio AI assistant. So, I do a lot of business out in California in the LA area, also on the East Coast. So, if I'm traveling or I'm on the East Coast and a call comes in late from the West Coast, if my AI automated assistant, you know, they're always going to be available. So, they can actually answer the call. They can qualify the prospect by asking questions and then it will

[00:16:44] direct them appropriately. So, just like you're talking to a live person on an intake call. Hey, how you doing? What's your name? Where you calling from? What state is the property in? Are you looking for a purchase, a refi, cash out, investment property? Whatever it is, it's learned all of this. And one of the ways that it learns this, guys, is one of the platforms that I use for this

[00:17:10] is called SynthFlow.ai. Synth, like synthetic, S-Y-N-T-H-F-L-O-W.ai. So, for my mortgage business, SynthFlow, I've created an avatar in AI automation that scraped my website, learned all types of information about my site, and you can add information too. So, it's able to effortlessly

[00:17:37] act like a human and take phone calls, make phone calls, and make certain decisions. So, and it's no code necessary, and it's super great, guys. So, it's an AI voice agent. So, you can stop missing calls and start converting more leads. So, especially if you are in the services business. How many times have you guys called a plumber and you got an answer in service, right? Or it just kept

[00:18:05] ringing, a lawn care guy, electrician, whatever. It doesn't matter. But if you're in the service business, it is a great tool or strategy to use. Number two is leveraging AI for productivity. And what we're talking about is three strategies that are helping me scale my business in 2025. And these are things that I'm currently doing. Three, the last but not least, create your own

[00:18:34] affiliate program. Create your own affiliate program. Now, this may sound like it's super hard, but it's not. Especially if you use certain software. So, for example, if you have a course and you have Thinkific as your platform, Thinkific also has an affiliate module where somebody sends or

[00:18:59] buys a course that was referred by somebody else, you can set up a percentage that they'll get paid. Payhip, which allows you to sell digital products and create online courses, they have an affiliate part in there where you can actually sign up affiliates. And if you don't have that, there's a

[00:19:22] company. I interviewed the brother that owns the company OSI affiliate. Oscar Sam Indonesia, OSI affiliate that you can look up and you can create your own affiliate programs. So, let's talk about some of the benefits of creating your own affiliate program. Number one, you're leveraging other people's

[00:19:45] networks. So, just like you may pay an influencer to make a post, right? It's the same thing. But this time, you don't have to pay until you actually get a sale. So, you can leverage other people's network. So, if you find somebody that's connected, that's in the space that you really want to get your product or service into, that's a beautiful symbiotic relationship. All right? So, that's a benefit.

[00:20:13] Number one, you leverage other people's network. Number two, you expand your reach and growth without spending money up front. Once again, when you do paid advertising, you're expanding your reach and growth, but you're spending money and you don't know if you're getting any money back. But when you do an affiliate program, the person doesn't get paid until you get a sale. All right? And that's how you can start leveraging that or expanding your reach and growth, you know, sensibly.

[00:20:44] Now, if you have an online course, just to give you an example, and I'll give you a real one in a second, but I know for one of my online courses years ago, I was doing a 50% payout. The course was $497, just say $500, and I was paying out $250 for affiliates that actually promoted the course and people purchased. So, just by using that network, I was able to sell a whole bunch of online courses.

[00:21:13] Another benefit of creating your own affiliate program is the ability to grow and scale quickly. Once again, you find that right person that's willing to go out there and all it takes is an email. So, somebody who has a big email database, which I talked about earlier, 20, 30, 40, 50,000 people. If you find somebody that likes your product or service and you connect with some type of an

[00:21:41] affiliate agreement through your affiliate program, that's money all day. That's gravy right there. You're not even doing anything. Okay? But counting that paper. And number four, the last reason that I want to talk about to create your own affiliate program, it's easy to set up with the right software. OSI affiliate. OSI, Oscar Sam Indonesia affiliate. OSI affiliate, just Google that. There's tons of

[00:22:10] affiliate marketing software out there. A lot of platforms, as I mentioned, already have that built in. Thinkific has it. Some other platforms have it, other course platforms. So, all you do is you'll be able to create, you know, different links for different affiliates and they can go out and market your products or services and then they will get a commission, whatever you determine makes sense.

[00:22:35] So, within the last three months, I created this other online course for another business and I've gotten over 143 affiliates in the last three months and it did over $20,000 in sales, like $22,000 in sales. Now, remember, I'm giving up 50% of that because I'm paying them out 50%.

[00:22:58] So, I've generated about an extra $11,000 over three months. So, that's not bad. You know what I mean? So, about $3,500 a month extra just by creating my own affiliate program and the crazy thing was that that online course had kind of dried up a little bit and so everything has its ebbs and

[00:23:22] flows, highs and lows. Okay. So, it doesn't matter if it's an online course, a product, a TV show, a musician or whatever. You're never going to be on top for eternity. So, things go up and they come down. So, this was a great way to generate, you know, generate additional revenues from an asset that I had created like three or four years ago and I decided to create an affiliate program for that.

[00:23:48] So, today's show guys, three strategies that are helping me scale my business in 2025. Things that I'm currently doing. Number one, email marketing to my opt-ins. You know, have a database. If you don't have one, you need to get one and start building one right now. Make sure you go to $7cheatcode.com, $7cheatcode.com to learn more information.

[00:24:14] That's the number $7 cheatcode. So, number one, email marketing to your opt-ins. Number two, leveraging AI for productivity. So, I'm using SynthFlow to create AI voice avatars that are able to do customer service inbound and outbound calls and customer service and setting appointments. And last but not least, I just went over this one is creating your own affiliate program.

[00:24:41] It is not that hard guys. You need to look into it. Just Google search it and you'll be able to find out what platform or software you need to create your own affiliate program. Now, when you do an affiliate program, one of the things is you're going to have to have a high enough payout to make it, you know, worthwhile for somebody to promote you. So, you need to make sure that your price points

[00:25:05] are there where it makes it make sense for somebody to promote you. If you're selling a $20 book and you're giving away $5 to an affiliate, that's probably not going to make them, you know, get up and start to really promote your stuff. So, you have to have the right types of products or services with the right pricing to be able to create your own affiliate product. Excuse me, not a product,

[00:25:30] but affiliate program. Now, I say this each and every week guys, because it is true, we get more and more downloads because of you, the BEB family. I appreciate you guys so much. Please continue to spread the word about the podcast, the blog, the ecosystem, the new website, blackentrepreneurblueprint.com. Make sure you guys utilize the whole ecosystem of online courses, you know, website, everything there

[00:25:58] to help you elevate your entrepreneur IQ. Remember, it's not about me. It's not about you. It's about us. It's about building an economic power base in the worldwide black community by building and supporting black owned businesses. Love you guys. See you same time next week. Peace.
