[00:02:51] So today we're going to dive deep and I'm going to actually decode why solving a problem is probably the easiest way to make money as an entrepreneur.

[00:04:12] So today we're going to talk about the blueprint to make money by solving problems.

[00:05:05] So today we're going to talk about how to make money by solving problems.

[00:05:10] Now most people do one of two things and I'm going to get into both of these options but I'm really going to focus on solving problems.

[00:05:18] So most people either follow their passion or they try to solve a problem.

[00:05:24] Now ideally the best way is a combination of the two and that's where pinpoint monetize your genius comes in which is another one of my found ideas.

[00:05:34] Another one of my foundational online programs pound for pound my best program.

[00:05:39] Now pinpoint monetize your genius is talking about how to monetize your genius and your genius is the intersection of your passion and your talent.

[00:05:49] The problem is most people don't know how to monetize that we're not going to focus on that today.

[00:06:04] To pinpoint and monetize your genius if you're serious about making money from your genius but many people are just interested in making money.

[00:06:13] So let's talk about these two ways that people try to make money.

[00:06:17] Number one is following your passion right now following your passion is a beautiful thing if you know how to monetize that passion.

[00:06:25] One of the benefits of following your passion is is that if you're doing something that you're passionate about when you get obstacles in the way

[00:06:33] or you're having frustrations you're more apt to continue and move forward because it's something that you're passionate about.

[00:06:41] Okay so if you're passionate about a specific product or a specific thing or specific cause you're going to continue to move forward even though you're going to have those obstacles.

[00:06:52] Now if you're just chasing paper then when something gets too hard guess what you're not going to focus on that and you're going to try to find something that's easier to accomplish.

[00:07:02] So being able to start a business based on passion is a great thing.

[00:07:09] The problem is most people don't know how to monetize it.

[00:07:12] Alright so check out Pinpoint and monetize your genius if you're serious about that.

[00:07:18] Now the path of leash resistance to me is solving a problem.

[00:07:23] So first let's talk about why solving a problem is the easier way to make money.

[00:07:29] Alright so number one people want their problems solved right.

[00:07:33] How many problems do you have that you're looking for a solution to?

[00:07:37] So people always want to solve problems be it money problems health problems whatever it is relationship problems people always want to solve their problems.

[00:07:47] Also one of the benefits of solving a problem is the bigger the problem the more you can charge the bigger the problem the more you can charge.

[00:07:58] So if you're a tax accountant and you work with people that owe the IRS money that's usually a big problem.

[00:08:05] So if you have a client that owes the IRS $100,000 and they're threatening to garnish their wages impound their monies put them in jail or whatever that's a big problem.

[00:08:17] If you can solve that problem you can charge a lot of money you may be able to charge 10 15 grand or whatever to solve that problem.

[00:08:25] Now versus say somebody has acne and they want to clear their skin up they go by proactive they spend $30 and they've solved that problem.

[00:08:36] So remember the bigger the problem the more you can charge and we're talking about why solving a problem is usually the easiest way to make money.

[00:08:45] Another reason is that people don't care about who you are as long as you help them.

[00:08:51] People don't care about who you are as long as you can help them.

[00:08:54] So many times we come into a situation where people buy based on you.

[00:08:59] So if you have a product that you're the face of that product or service people may not buy because it's based on who you are.

[00:09:08] But if you can solve that problem if you can help them many times people don't care what you look like what your ethnicity is whatever your gender whatever they just want the problem to be solved.

[00:09:21] Another reason why solving problems is an easier way to make money is because you can identify that group of people that have that problem.

[00:09:30] So if you have a weight loss supplement I'm pretty sure you can go on the Facebook and find tons of groups of people that are trying to lose weight.

[00:09:38] So now you can identify that problem and then create a solution for those people or for that market.

[00:09:46] So that's one of the other reasons.

[00:09:48] So remember guys problems can be solved by physical products digital products or services.

[00:09:55] Now remember there are only six things that you can sell or six type of things that you can sell your physical products your digital products your services somebody else's physical products somebody else's digital products and somebody else's services

[00:10:12] and we're going to get into that as we go on with today's show.

[00:10:16] So now let's talk about why following your passion is not as simple as solving a problem to make money.

[00:10:24] Now remember you're probably going to be more gung ho when you're trying to do something that you're passionate about but here's some of the issues with that.

[00:10:33] You may be passionate about something that most people aren't.

[00:10:36] You know a lot of times we have our personalities and we may be kind of quirky but we may be passionate about something that really doesn't allow us to make a lot of money.

[00:10:47] You may be passionate about model trains built in 1971 that you're passionate about and you might not have a market to make money about that with that.

[00:11:00] Okay.

[00:11:01] So you have to understand you may be passionate about something that most people aren't also.

[00:11:05] Do you know how to monetize that passion?

[00:11:08] And once again I talked about pinpoint and monetize your genius.

[00:11:12] It's great to be passionate about something but very few people know how to monetize that.

[00:11:18] And for example me selling my hot sauce right hot sauce is not solving any problem.

[00:11:25] So there's no place that I can go per se that I can find a problem with hot sauce.

[00:11:30] Yes my hot sauce is high and gourmet hot sauce but I'm not really solving a problem.

[00:11:36] It's more about what do people like do they like watery hot sauce or do they like a high and hot sauce so I'm not necessarily solving a problem.

[00:11:46] So when it comes to being passionate about something you have to use your head and find out is there a way to monetize what I'm passionate about.

[00:11:55] Okay.

[00:11:56] Now let's look at some examples of companies and real people that are making money by solving a problem.

[00:12:04] All right I talked about proactive earlier so proactive if you're not familiar with them they're not as big now it seems but they used to be in all the malls in kiosk in stores and what they did and on commercials they had a ton of commercials.

[00:12:19] They created a formula that would help people clear up acne and so they made millions upon millions of dollars solving the problem of clearing up acne.

[00:12:30] Let's look at another company Jenny Craig right so if you're looking to lose weight Jenny Craig has a program so Jenny Craig's revenues in 2022 were over $48 million solving a problem of weight loss.

[00:12:47] Okay that's solving a problem they can identify that start looking at the commercials and advertisements that you see and see what type of problems that these companies are solving or trying to solve for you.

[00:13:01] That'll give you some ideas also let's look at another company that I've been using for years called Square and I think they changed their name to block I'm not talking about Squarespace the website company I'm talking about Square the card reader.

[00:13:16] Okay so many years ago small businesses really couldn't afford those chunky point of purchase or point of sale systems that you used to see in most of the major retail chains those things cost thousands upon thousands of dollars.

[00:13:31] So what is Square do Square say we're going to make it available you know point of sale systems available for the small business owner and we're going to make a ton of money doing so.

[00:13:43] So now most small businesses you go to they're using Square they have an iPad attached to it or they buy the square screen and they have the card reader in the chip reader.

[00:13:54] You can stick it in your phone if you need to do to do mobile commerce or whatever if you're out at a flea market or something like that.

[00:14:01] And so they've taken over commerce by storm in 2022.

[00:14:06] They did revenues of 17.5 billion with a B and they have profits of over $5 billion.

[00:14:16] They solved the problem of high priced point of sale systems that most small retailers couldn't afford.

[00:14:26] They came in they saw the market opportunity.

[00:14:29] They had a great solution and they're making billions upon billions of dollars.

[00:14:35] So we talked about proactive Jenny Craig Square.

[00:14:39] What's another one here's something that's actually near and dear to my heart Shopify and I'm going to talk about Shopify a little bit later in today's show.

[00:14:48] So Shopify solved the problem of people that wanted to create easy or simple e-commerce websites.

[00:14:56] Now there are tons of different software out there you know to build websites but what Shopify did was they focus specifically on e-commerce.

[00:15:07] That is what they do.

[00:15:09] They're not the prettiest websites unless you customize them.

[00:15:12] But the functionality is designed for people to sell via e-commerce.

[00:15:17] They have so many plugins and different things that you can add on to the standard Shopify plan that is designed specifically for e-commerce companies.

[00:15:29] Now the total revenue generated for Shopify in 2022 was around 5.6 billion US dollars billion with a B.

[00:15:40] Now I'm giving you a lot of these big examples but I just want to let you know what is possible.

[00:15:46] Now remember every concept starts with an idea every major corporation Fortune 100 Fortune 500 everything starts with the concept.

[00:15:58] So don't get scared by these numbers because maybe you don't do 5 billion but maybe you do 5 million which still ain't bad right.

[00:16:07] So the last example I want to use is called Hello Fresh.

[00:16:12] So Hello Fresh is one of the first companies to market that was trying to help busy professionals save time and cooking healthy meals.

[00:16:22] So when you come home from work dealing with the kids when you get home whatever and then you have to cook a meal.

[00:16:28] That's a lot of time and it's a lot of energy.

[00:16:31] So Hello Fresh said you know what we're going to create a food preparation service to give you quality meals.

[00:16:38] Everything is pretty much in there all you have to do is put it in and cook it and your meal is done.

[00:16:45] Now revenues of Hello Fresh in 2022 were over 8.1 billion with a B billion dollars.

[00:16:54] Every company that I just talked about just now is in the business of solving problems.

[00:17:01] Now they may be passionate about certain things the founders but in reality they're solving problems.

[00:17:08] The bigger the problem the more you can charge and the more money you can make the bigger the problem the more people that are going to have it which can relate to or turn into more dollars in your pocket as an entrepreneur.

[00:17:23] And today we're talking about the blueprint to make money by solving problems.

[00:17:29] So I'm going to give you guys a couple of steps and I'm also going to outline a worksheet that you can use to help you figure out what problem or problems to solve.

[00:18:01] Now let's look at the three components of solving a problem for profit and then I'm going to break down the worksheet.

[00:18:08] Okay now component number one is you have to define the problem you have to define the problem so you need to find the problem that you actively want to solve.

[00:18:19] What's the problem that you actively want to solve. What are you best suited to solve. Now you may have a problem but you're not able to solve it and we're going to get into that when we go into the worksheet.

[00:18:32] Also you can use somebody else's solution and you also need to make sure that this solution has a significant opportunity built in.

[00:18:42] And when I say a significant opportunity built in an opportunity to generate revenues and hopefully scale your business.

[00:18:51] So component number one define your problem component number two know the competition. Now once you have your problem in place the chances are somebody else has already solved that problem or is trying to solve that problem.

[00:19:08] And that's fine because competition is good. It means that you have a viable idea. Now you want to look back at companies that have failed to address the problem and you also want to look at companies that are currently addressing the problem that you're trying to solve

[00:19:24] and try to get some clues. Why did they fail. Why was there. What is their price point. Why are they successful. What's their target market or who's their target market. So you want to do some due diligence and know your competition.

[00:19:39] All right. Now you can use this information not only to avoid similar pitfalls but to take your business to a different level. OK. Now here's another tip when it comes to know your competition.

[00:19:52] So if there's still some active competitors in the space look at what they're selling and their price point. You also may want to purchase what they're selling so you can see the pros and the cons of what their solution is and see if you can better whatever that they're offering.

[00:20:10] So number two know the competition. Number three build your brand story. Now I know this may sound like which one of these things doesn't belong but you want to be able to build your brand story.

[00:20:23] So before you start to build your company you need to define your problem and explain your solution. Now the thing is if you need to convey this to possible investors but most of all your consumers the people that are going to be buying your your solution whatever solution

[00:20:42] you're selling be it a physical solution or digital solution or service you need to convey to your customers what your brand story is. Find a way to tell your story that you can repeat and repeat where it's not going to get stale but it's still going to have that passion in it.

[00:21:00] Why you started this business and why this problem was something special to you or was an issue to you and this is the solution. And I'm going to give you guys some real life examples as we move forward in the show.

[00:21:15] So now you've identified the problem. You know the competition and you know how you're going to stand out amongst the rest based on your brand story. So these are fundamental components that you need when you're solving a problem for profit.

[00:21:32] Now let's start to put all of this information together. So if you need to pause the podcast right here and grab a pen and a piece of paper do so now because I'm about to outline the worksheet for you.

[00:21:44] Now you can do this or you can go to the website black entrepreneur blueprint dot com hit episode 489. You'll be show notes and a link to actually download this worksheet for free. Let's do this take out a standard sheet of paper be aligned

[00:22:00] or unlined the eight and a half by 11 size and fold it in half twice. So now you're going to have four quadrants when you open up that paper top left top right bottom left bottom right.

[00:22:15] OK. Now in the top left box I want you to write up top your problem and your solution top left box right your problem and your solution.

[00:22:30] Now in the top right box write your problem and somebody else's solution your problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:22:43] Now go to the bottom left box write somebody else's problem and your solution somebody else's problem and your solution.

[00:22:58] And on the bottom right box write somebody else's problem and somebody else's solution somebody else's problem and somebody else's solution and leave a little bit of room on the bottom so you can actually write down what is the number one two and three problems I can solve to make a profit.

[00:23:21] OK. Once again you can go to the website and download this for free if you want it or you can do this exercise by hand. All right now the top left box right your problem and your solution many times people start businesses because they have a problem that they found a solution to.

[00:23:42] OK. So tons of businesses are started that way. So what you want to do is your problem your solution under that box right what problem do you have that you can personally solve what problem or problems do you have that you can personally solve.

[00:24:01] So I want you to think about be at work problems personal problems physical problems health problems weight problems image problems whatever it is.

[00:24:12] All right what problem do you have that you can personally solve and I'm going to give you a real life example of an entrepreneur that was actually on black entrepreneur blueprint and is doing millions of dollars in revenues in a short period of time.

[00:24:29] So check out episode number 350. I had Tiffany Cartwright on. She's the founder of Glam Body Scrubs right. So Tiffany started mixing skincare products after her daughter was born with eczema and she was determined not to use harsh steroids.

[00:24:47] So she started mixing her whole book castor oil grapeseed oil and other types of natural oils. And she created a formula that actually cured her daughter's eczema.

[00:25:01] So that was your problem and your solution. And she literally has made millions upon millions of dollars with glam body scrubs which are in Target Walmart and all your major online retailers and physical retailers.

[00:25:17] Check out episode 350 was an amazing story. Actually Tiffany was a judge and she got laid off and she pretty much lost everything and glam body scrubs is the product that bought her back.

[00:25:31] So episode 350 so that's the top left box your problem in your solution under that right what problem do you have that you can personally solve.

[00:25:43] And once again it's almost like a mind mapping thing. Think about your problems that you have and what are the solutions. What personally can you do to solve those problems.

[00:25:54] Okay. So that's box number one which is the top left. Now on the top right I want you to write down your problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:26:06] You already should have written that down your problem and somebody else's solution under that right what problems do you have that you can't solve but somebody else can.

[00:26:18] What problems do you have that you can't solve but somebody else can. Okay. So here's an example remember we're talking about making a profit.

[00:26:30] So you know how to make a profit from your problem and your solution you just sell your solution to other people. Now we're talking about your problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:26:41] How are you going to make money from that so here's a real life example. Say you cannot build websites you're not good at web design right.

[00:26:51] So you contract out with a company that does build websites and you see that they're great and people have done this all the time.

[00:26:59] And what you do is you market website building to your community and what you do is you upcharge and you make money.

[00:27:09] So for example say the website company charges you $350 to do the website. Now you become a middleman and you start to market that website company and you charge your customers $700 to build and manage the project for profit.

[00:27:27] So literally you're a middleman becoming a project manager. So a lot of you guys may not know this so when you go to these sites and you get a website built the people that are building your site aren't the ones that are necessarily marketing the site.

[00:27:42] Okay you have the actual workers and then you have the project managers that are the intermediary between your customer and the actual people that are building the websites.

[00:27:54] It's just like if you hire a general contractor to build a house general contractor isn't building the house but he's hiring the people and he's overseeing the entire project and for that they get paid.

[00:28:07] So in the top right hand corner your problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:28:12] So if you go and you're looking for like SEO a lot of social media marketing and SEO a lot of times those agencies actually don't even do the work.

[00:28:24] They're hiring out back end agencies that do all the SEO and all that other stuff and all they're doing is marking it up and reselling it to you.

[00:28:34] So the way you profit when it's your problem and somebody else's solution is you can actually be a general contractor pretty much or middleman and be a project manager.

[00:28:47] Okay so that's on the top right.

[00:28:50] So what are some of the problems your problems and these are problems that you don't have the solution to somebody else has the solution.

[00:29:00] So think about it once again website building could be one.

[00:29:04] All right that's your problem you can't build websites the solution is to hire somebody else out that I can then remarket them to be able to sell and write down not just one thing in each in each quadrant write down multiple problems.

[00:29:20] This is like a mind mapping thing.

[00:29:22] So we have the top left and the top right.

[00:29:25] Now let's go down to the bottom left box.

[00:29:28] All right and the bottom left box is somebody else's problem and your solution.

[00:29:34] So you should have that written down already somebody else's problem in your solution under that what problems can you personally solve that aren't yours.

[00:29:45] What problems can you personally solve that are not yours.

[00:29:49] What problems are you best suited to solve that may be a better way to to phrase that question.

[00:29:56] What problems may you best be suited to solve.

[00:29:59] So let's give an example here.

[00:30:01] All right say you're a fitness coach and you're in good shape and somebody wants to lose weight.

[00:30:07] So now you become the solution to their problem by becoming their fitness coach and charging them for your services.

[00:30:15] Now you don't have a fitness problem because your fitness coach you're in great shape but somebody else has a problem and you are the solution.

[00:30:25] And once again guys remember there's only six type of things that you can sell your physical products your digital products your services somebody else's physical products somebody else's digital products and somebody else's services.

[00:30:41] So now we have the first three blocks or first three quadrants done.

[00:30:46] Now on the bottom right box which is your last quadrant you've already written somebody else's problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:30:56] Now under that write down what problem you can identify that you don't have and can't solve but somebody else can solve.

[00:31:06] What problem or problems can you identify that you don't have and can't solve but somebody else can solve.

[00:31:14] So here's a real life example from me right what problem can I identify that I don't have and I can't solve but somebody else can solve.

[00:31:26] Now I'm a Shopify affiliate right so I can't build e-commerce websites on my own but guess what Shopify can.

[00:31:36] So people who want to create a successful e-commerce website and I'm a Shopify affiliate.

[00:31:42] So what do I do I offer them the Shopify platform in exchange for earning a commission an affiliate commission.

[00:31:51] So this model is great for affiliate sales.

[00:31:54] So if somebody else has a problem and somebody else has a solution you can still make money from that by becoming an affiliate as I mentioned you're giving them the solution even though you don't know how to do it but your referral is giving you an affiliate commission.

[00:32:13] Okay so now we have all four quadrants and that last one was somebody else's problem and somebody else's solution.

[00:32:22] So in terms of finding affiliates one of the best affiliate marketplaces is clickbank.com C L I C K B A N K clickbank.com and they're an affiliate marketplace that has thousands upon thousands of products.

[00:32:41] They could be physical products they could be digital products or whatever and the beauty is they give you a link that you can send out or share with people that may have that problem that they want solved.

[00:32:54] So if you're looking to sell a supplement to people that want to lose weight alright now that somebody else's problem you may not need to lose weight and it's somebody else's solution.

[00:33:06] So now you market that product or that link and anytime somebody buys something you get a commission.

[00:33:14] So remember guys this is why it's so easy I'm not going to say easy easy but the concept is it's easy to make money by solving problems you don't even have to have the problem or the solution.

[00:33:29] You can just be a middleman you can be a marketer.

[00:33:33] So think about the concept of being a marketer not an entrepreneur selling your own product or service or whatever but being a marketer once you can identify and decode marketing you can make money any way that you want right.

[00:33:51] So now you don't even have a problem it's somebody else's problem and you don't even have the solution you're giving them somebody else's solution and still making money.

[00:34:02] So these are the four quadrants of how you can profit awful problems alright number one you know your problem in your solution we went over that what problem do you have that you can personally solve.

[00:34:15] The second quadrant is your problem in somebody else's solution what problems do you have that you can't solve but somebody else can solve.

[00:34:25] Third quadrant is somebody else's problem and your solution what problem can you personally solve that aren't yours OK what problems are you the best suited to solve.

[00:34:36] And the last quadrant which we just went over is somebody else's problem and somebody else's solution what problem can you identify that you don't have and can't solve but somebody else can solve problems guys.

[00:34:53] Solving problems makes money people don't care what you look like what's your gender what what you identify with your color they don't care as long as you can solve the problem and remember the bigger the problem the more money you can make.

[00:35:11] So if you have a very small problem you can still make money if you get enough people to buy that solution.

[00:35:20] So the whole key guys is really being a marketer OK once you understand and are able to decode marketing then you'll be able to sell anything OK define your problem know the competition build your brand story why do people want to shop with you or use your solution.

[00:35:40] OK now there are tons of companies out there that you don't even know who the founder is I guarantee you you don't know who started proactive right but they've made millions upon millions upon millions of dollars because they found a solution for acne.

[00:35:55] OK and people don't care who they are where they came from they know that hey I got acne and this proactive is going to help me guess what I'm buying it so you can be behind the scenes OK but just think about some of the problems that you can solve in your everyday life and a lot of times we don't give ourselves credit.

[00:36:17] So for example my online courses those are problems that people have that I have a solution for.

[00:36:25] So if you want to build a successful sustainable e-commerce business that's what I do.

[00:36:30] I'm already doing it so I'm giving people my knowledge to be able to do what I do OK pinpoint monetize your genius which is another online course program.

[00:36:42] I'm living in my genius.

[00:36:45] I've learned how to monetize the intersection of my passion and my talent and I'm living in my genius OK so what type of problems can you solve.

[00:36:54] I was on a podcast a couple months ago and we were talking about making money and one of the guys on the podcast asked me you know what do you think I should do for a side hustle.

[00:37:07] And so I started asking him a few questions and one of the things that he is he's an audio engineer.

[00:37:15] So he does audio engineering and I said you know what there are a lot of podcasts out there audio and visual podcasts.

[00:37:23] I said what software do you use and I forgot the name of the software he used but it's a pretty popular one.

[00:37:30] I said you can create an online course to show people how to use that software and how to make their audio crisp.

[00:37:39] So you're an audio engineer.

[00:37:41] You know how to do this.

[00:37:43] You actually make a living doing this.

[00:37:45] So now take that solution that you have and then make money from it.

[00:37:50] You're solving somebody else's problem.

[00:37:52] How many times do we get software that when we go to the tutorials there they don't even give you the right answers but somebody can go on the YouTube or create a course that can actually show you from A to Z how to use this software.

[00:38:08] OK now I just said something that may have people confused because there's a lot of information on YouTube.

[00:38:15] There's tons of information on what I call YouTube University.

[00:38:20] But if you package it correctly you can actually sell that same information.

[00:38:25] So I'm a professional audio engineer.

[00:38:28] I work at radio stations record companies and production houses and this is what I do for a living.

[00:38:35] Now once again you're giving your your brand story.

[00:38:39] OK now I'm going to teach you exactly how I do it.

[00:38:42] So masterclass.com that has all the important and well known people teaching you how to do what they do.

[00:38:52] Masterclass as a great example.

[00:38:55] So don't short yourself on what problems you can solve.

[00:38:59] OK you can see little things on TicToc on Instagram or whatever people just doing little things but a lot of that stuff can actually be turned into a business.

[00:39:09] What problems can you solve or where can you find a solution to the problems.

[00:39:15] OK you may not be able to create the product but it may be a private label product that you market under your own brand.

[00:39:24] That's a solution.

[00:39:26] So say the problem you want to solve is teeth whitening.

[00:39:29] Now you don't have a lab where you're creating all these teeth whitening products but you can go to a manufacturer and private label the product under your own brand.

[00:39:38] And private labeling basically means going to somebody that manufactures something and then having them created with your brand on it be your packaging and your brand of it.

[00:39:51] OK so a lot of stuff that you see out there in the supermarkets are private labels right.

[00:39:57] So when you go to Giant or Super G or Acme or whatever and you see the supermarket brand they're not out there creating mouthwash or cereal like we do.

[00:40:08] Walmart has the fake egos right.

[00:40:12] They look like egos but they're not egos and many times the same manufacturer will manufacture their brand and also a supermarket or store brand.

[00:40:23] OK so private label is huge.

[00:40:27] Now you control that brand's image.

[00:40:30] OK we talk about building your brand story now you can build your brand's image.

[00:40:34] So with that teeth whitening go to a teeth whitening manufacturer you can find them on Alibaba or you can just Google teeth whitening manufacturers private label.

[00:40:45] They'll give you pricing on their product.

[00:40:48] You can rebrand it or whatever and then you can sell it on your own.

[00:40:52] You're solving the problem of teeth whitening even though you're not manufacturing or creating the solution.

[00:40:58] Somebody else is but you're branding it.

[00:41:00] So guys don't don't sleep on this and what we're talking about how to make money by solving problems the blueprint how to make money by solving problems.

[00:41:11] Find a problem find a solution remember you can be a middle man in the transaction.
