[00:00:36] Time of inflation and insecurity. Why God is still the help you need. Some days ago I was watching the program on TV and then actually the presenter was talking about some hot spots in our world,
[00:00:55] especially the war between Israel and Amas, the war between Russia and Ukraine. It was also talking about the war between Sudan and Southern Sudan.
[00:01:13] And for every war situation, we always have casualties especially among the general population. So I saw on TV, I saw a lot of people facing a lot of hardship, refugees facing a lot of hardship at their refugee camps, lack of water, lack of food, lack of medical care.
[00:01:36] Then I felt for them. Now in my country for example, this particular we don't really have this war situation but we also have what we are dealing with in other aspects of our community and society.
[00:01:56] Now there is so much insecurity in some places in my country in Nigeria, so much insecurity so many people have been displaced. The latest is the inflation that is always rising and going on and then the economy situation is not really smiling at anyone.
[00:02:16] Now at periods like this in our world, because no country is excused from this present situation and really the Bible talks about this.
[00:02:31] And I want you to understand that we are in the end times. This is really the end times and we really need to understand to know what we are here to do and who we should hold on to as our refuge, our help in these times of trouble.
[00:02:56] Now times of inflation is increasing almost every controlled by the world. There is a security almost everywhere. So what do we do? What is the solution?
[00:03:09] And then let me inform you the solution is always in the Bible, the written word of God. Now because the written word of God in the Bible talks about a lot of these things that are happening today.
[00:03:26] So if the Bible talks about them, if there are prophecies that have been written in the Bible about the situation today, then we should be wise enough to go to the same Bible to find solutions and there are solutions to every problem.
[00:03:47] As we are waiting the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, every problem there will be solution in the Bible.
[00:03:56] Times of inflation is insecurity in our world today. Why God is still the help you need? You don't need to believe any other thing.
[00:04:06] God is still the help that you need. The word of God is still the help that you need.
[00:04:14] Hallelujah. I believe you understand this. I am going to talk so much about this in this teaching.

[00:06:22] It is the story of COVID-19, a pandemic.
[00:06:27] It brought our world to a standstill, quietness ran all through the world and people were still.
[00:06:37] People were still.
[00:06:40] So many economies were shut down, so many countries were shut down.
[00:06:44] People can travel and I am sure you know the story.
[00:06:49] Something significant happened to me, my ministry and my organization during this period.
[00:06:58] God was preparing me for COVID-19.
[00:07:10] I never knew that COVID-19 was coming, but something happened.
[00:07:14] I run a publishing firm and then exactly before COVID-19 started, the Lord brought on an ad for a publishing firm.
[00:07:25] A particular high-flying contract, let me call it that way.
[00:07:30] We were contracted to produce content for organizations.
[00:07:38] We signed a contract and we were doing this.
[00:07:44] I never knew God was actually using that period, using that opportunity to prepare us for COVID-19.
[00:07:52] COVID-19 is the income and profit from that contract.
[00:08:02] We are going to fly into our post during COVID-19.
[00:08:09] It really helped us during COVID-19.
[00:08:14] It also gave us the opportunity to minister to people during COVID-19.
[00:08:20] I was glad thinking back about the situation I noticed.
[00:08:27] Do the spirit actually use that opportunity?
[00:08:30] It gave us that opportunity, preparing us for COVID-19, which we never knew was going to happen now.
[00:08:38] Let me inform you what we are experiencing today.
[00:08:43] Inflation and insecurity.
[00:08:45] If you are born again Christian, it is likely God has been giving you some instructions.
[00:08:53] Show you some revelations.
[00:08:55] God has been creating some opportunities for you, preparing you for today.
[00:09:00] But usually from what I have observed from some Christians, we don't always take the instructions.
[00:09:08] The revelations and the visions of God seriously.
[00:09:11] We don't always take them seriously even with our night dreams.
[00:09:13] We don't take them seriously.
[00:09:16] We believe they are just there, they just come and they go.
[00:09:20] We don't want to hurt them.
[00:09:22] But one thing that I have observed is that God always want to prepare his children for some situations.
[00:09:30] He is an all-knowing God and he is a very kind God, all-messing God.
[00:09:35] So I want you to take your time before I begin to go into the other slides in this teaching.
[00:09:41] I want you to take your time to think about any revelation God has given to you prior to this period in our world.
[00:09:52] If God has shown you a vision and you have abandoned it, God has given you some ideas.
[00:09:57] So this was shared some ideas with you and you have abandoned them, then you need to go back to them.
[00:10:03] It is very important you need to go back to them.
[00:10:04] God was using that to prepare you for today.
[00:10:11] So if there is any idea you have written down that has been inspired with and you have written down kept somewhere, it's time to go and pick them up.
[00:10:21] They are going to be useful at this stage of our world.
[00:10:26] God wants his children to be profitable.
[00:10:32] God wants them to profit. God wants to add benefits to them.
[00:10:36] So go and check those ideas and then find out how you are going to do something about them.
[00:10:44] It's very important and if you are not born again, you are not a child, but as you are watching this video,
[00:10:50] you need to give your life to Jesus.
[00:10:52] It is very, very important. You need to give your life to Jesus Christ.

[00:12:07] and as they grow colder and colder by the day, they stop walking by faith.
[00:12:13] Now it is very common to see Christians talking about the fact that
[00:12:22] the Bible faith is no longer at work today.
[00:12:29] Even when they are not saying it, they act it.
[00:12:38] You can see it in their attitude and their behaviour.
[00:12:41] Yes, they go to church but they don't believe the Bible faith can still be at work today.
[00:12:48] Now let me inform you according to what we have in the book of Hebrews chapter 11
[00:12:54] You need to read that chapter if you want to start working effectively with God
[00:12:59] Read that chapter and let the respect help you.
[00:13:02] Now let the respect help you.
[00:13:05] The same old Bible faith is still relevant to the army, continue to be relevant.
[00:13:09] And let me tell you that is the only way to please or move God.
[00:13:16] That is the only way to please or move God.
[00:13:19] If you want to please or move God, move God at this period of time
[00:13:26] in this type of inflation, insecurity, if you want to move the hand of God
[00:13:32] to work in your favour then you must work by faith.

[00:14:22] The faith comes when you hear, you see revelations from the word of God.
[00:14:27] Faith comes when you stand on the revelation you see from the word of God.
[00:14:30] That is how you move God.
[00:14:33] That is how you move God, you move the hand of God to work for you.
[00:14:37] So the same old Bible says that if you have not studied the word of God
[00:14:42] you should begin to study the word of God diligently,
[00:14:46] that is where you can find help.
[00:14:49] That is where you can find help.
[00:14:51] Don't get far away from the Bible, from the word of God.
[00:14:54] Don't just carry it, study it.
[00:14:56] Personal study yes.
[00:14:58] Personal study is very very important.
[00:15:00] As you will be able to teach you why you have studied the word of God.

[00:15:10] So the same old Bible faith is still relevant today.
[00:15:12] In during these troubled times you need your faith to be pleased continually.

[00:15:24] Psalm 46 verse 1 5 C 7 and 10.

[00:15:32] Now you can see the Bible say God is a refuge and strength.

[00:15:51] We are all looking for where we can run to take refuge.

[00:16:01] That is whatever the situation that will come upon you.
[00:16:05] God has a solution, a present help.
[00:16:08] He has a present solution to whatever problem that will come.
[00:16:13] And you can get at God just like I said in the last slide.
[00:16:18] And without his word you connect with God through his word.
[00:16:22] You find him through his word.
[00:16:25] It is to eat God is your refuge, the word of God is your refuge.
[00:16:29] The word of God is your refuge.
[00:16:31] Remember he created the word.
[00:16:33] He framed the word with his word.
[00:16:35] He framed the word with his word.
[00:16:37] So the word has an answer to every situation that will come upon the heart.
[00:16:41] It is very important.
[00:16:43] I am encouraging you need to study the word.
[00:16:45] If you want God to continually be your refuge.
[00:16:48] God is a present help.
[00:16:49] I explained that a present help is always an answer to every situation that will come upon this office of the heart.

[00:17:05] God is your refuge.
[00:17:07] Run to him, run to him.
[00:17:09] Set him to study his word.
[00:17:11] And now the first to devil will not fear.
[00:17:13] Though the heart should change and though the mountains be shaking into the midst of the seas.

[00:17:28] The Bible says we will not shake if God is your refuge.

[00:17:44] So do the mountains be shaking into the midst of the seas?
[00:17:49] We will not fear.
[00:17:51] If God is your refuge, let me go now.

[00:17:55] Though it's waters raw and full, though the mountains tremolat is swelling and tumult,
[00:18:01] it continue what we are just ready in verse 2.

[00:18:09] Though the waters raw and full, whatever the situation in the heart.
[00:18:13] Hold on to the world of God.
[00:18:15] Hold on to the world of God is very very important because God should be your refuge.
[00:18:21] The only help is in God.

[00:18:26] Leaders have failed.
[00:18:28] Leaders in the world.
[00:18:30] The voice and it will continue to fail because they are human.
[00:18:33] They are human.
[00:18:35] Only God will not fail.
[00:18:38] The Bible says, grass with flowers will fade and grasses will weed up.
[00:18:43] But the world of God endures forever.

[00:19:01] Passing revelations are cost to you with the help of the Holy Spirit.

[00:19:17] The only place of the tabernacles of the most die.

[00:19:33] the Holy Spirit.

[00:19:45] without the help of the Holy Spirit.

[00:19:54] You can't do it without the help of the Holy Spirit.

[00:19:59] It's not possible.
[00:20:00] It's the one that has been assigned to help you and I.
[00:20:04] And that's what the Bible says even though
[00:20:08] the water is raw on foam
[00:20:11] even though the heart boils
[00:20:14] the Bible says in verse 4.
[00:20:16] There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God.

[00:20:21] Now, the Holy Spirit.
[00:20:23] The Holy Spirit is your help at this time

[00:20:37] You need his revelation, his strength, his wisdom

[00:20:44] for you to be able to

[00:20:58] that's John chapter 7 verse 38.
[00:21:01] Now the Bible talking about river whose streams
[00:21:04] I was talking about the Holy Spirit of God
[00:21:07] and Jesus said something about this
[00:21:10] in John chapter 7 verse 38

[00:21:16] So, you need the Holy Spirit

[00:21:23] and you are not baptized in the Holy Ghost

[00:21:26] Jesus goes to baptize you with his Spirit

[00:22:26] So he went through all of that for God so loved what he gave is only begotten son.

[00:22:47] So those times whenever that thought want to come into my heart I say why?
[00:22:52] Why would he come die suffer die in the hands of the ones, the people he created just to save us from sin.
[00:23:02] And he wouldn't be ready to help me is a lie God wants to help me.
[00:23:06] We can see that in verse 5, God said in the midst of a she shall not be moved.
[00:23:10] Trouble situations with her.
[00:23:12] God is in your midst is ready to help you.
[00:23:16] God we help right now the problem is it's not because it's not because God does not want to help you.
[00:23:21] The problem is that we don't always go to God.
[00:23:25] Ask him for his help and he said ask and shall be given to you.
[00:23:28] Seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened unto you.
[00:23:32] The problem with Christians don't help.
[00:23:34] Yes, Christians don't go to God to help them.
[00:23:37] If you are not a born again Christian, the help you need is for you to become born again.
[00:23:42] For him to save you from your sin.
[00:23:44] So go to him and ask him to help you out.
[00:23:47] So Christians not going to go to help them out whenever there are situations not asking.
[00:23:52] What do I do at this stage?
[00:23:54] Jesus said the only thing that is going to teach and guide us into how to treat.
[00:23:58] What do I do at this stage?
[00:24:00] Simple question.
[00:24:01] Simple questions I studied the life of Moses.
[00:24:05] Moses doesn't really talk much in the presence of God.
[00:24:10] He has a question when he makes a statement and he keeps quiet.
[00:24:14] And God begins to teach him.
[00:24:16] I am not surprised he was so successful.
[00:24:19] So some Christians go to God and ask him to help you.
[00:24:23] He will help you, he wants to help you.
[00:24:25] He helped those people who did wonders, great things in the Bible.
[00:24:30] He will help you because he knows his world more than his name.
[00:24:35] So I want to get that very well at this period of time times of inflation and trouble times on this earth.
[00:24:41] God wants to help you.

[00:24:45] When God is with you, you will prosper.

[00:24:49] The Lord of the Sims and 46.
[00:24:51] The Lord of the East is with us.

[00:25:04] Joseph in the house of Potiphar.
[00:25:10] The Bible says Joseph prosper because God was with him.

[00:25:19] I was also a servant and Potiphar said
[00:25:22] I am handling over every issue about my home, from my wife onto your hands.
[00:25:27] He prospered because God was with him.
[00:25:30] Now at these troubled good times on the earth.
[00:25:35] When God is with you, you are safe.
[00:25:39] When God is with you, you are safe.
[00:25:41] I have also talked about David and his became great and greater
[00:25:46] because God was with him.
[00:25:50] Last time when God was with him.
[00:25:52] Now remember the story in the book of chapter 1
[00:25:56] when the angel was talking to Mary that he was going to conceive
[00:26:00] by the power of the Holy Ghost.
[00:26:02] Mary was surprised.
[00:26:03] I knew no man.
[00:26:05] The angel said look 1 verse 37 with God.
[00:26:10] That is Mary, don't worry with you and God.
[00:26:15] He said partnership, God is with you.
[00:26:18] You are going to conceive even if you know no man
[00:26:21] and you are going to give back to the Savior.
[00:26:23] So when God is with you, you will prosper.
[00:26:26] When God is with you, you will ride on the waves of these troubled times.

[00:26:38] The Lord of the Ghost is with us.
[00:26:41] Can you say confidently that God is with you?
[00:26:44] Now let me tell you if one God to continue to be with you

[00:26:49] Study his word, obey his word, be ready to act on his word.

[00:27:50] shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
[00:27:54] You need to learn to come into the secret place.
[00:27:59] Quiet time.
[00:28:01] Your personal retreat, spiritual retreat.
[00:28:05] Come into his presence.
[00:28:08] Entire his gates with thanksgiving in your heart.
[00:28:11] Entire his court with praise.
[00:28:14] Getting into the praise of God is one of the most beautiful things
[00:28:18] you can do for yourself on this earth.
[00:28:21] That is when you get the strength and the power
[00:28:24] and the wisdom and the information that you need
[00:28:29] to be successful during these troubling times on the earth.

[00:28:41] and then you will receive the strength and the might
[00:28:46] and wisdom that are needed during these troubled times.
