Have you ever felt trapped in a cycle you hate, but simply can't seem to stop? This challenge is for those of you who are dealing with a secret in your life that you know is harmful to yourself or others. Even though you've tried to stop time and time again, you continue to do it. You've even prayed for help to stop, but you eventually find yourself losing the battle.
My challenge for you is to decide to confess to someone you trust. God knows what you do, and you know what you do, but keeping it inside keeps you captive to the behavior. It keeps you in a stronghold. Once you shed light on it, there is a path for it to be gone from your life forever. It may be the most difficult conversation of your life, but confess your actions to someone you trust and ask God to help you break free. Ask God to restore you to be free from this stronghold.
