I totally get it. I cannot sing to save my life.
The truth is God is not concerned with your praise being pitch perfect. He is overjoyed when we are intentional about expressing our thanks and gratitude to Him in praise. At your place of worship, feel free to sing alongside your congregation. You are not there to be a judge, you are there to bring many voices before God. Do you have a favorite praise and worship track that you know the lyrics, then sing in private - at home or in the car? Just pretend it is you and God. In either of these situations He will absolutely notice your intention to show praise.
