“I am really struggling right now. Things are hard. Does God even see me? Why is He allowing all of this?”
I understand if you are going through a really tough time, it can be difficult to see how God is showing up for you right now. When we are suffering, it can be tempting to think that God does not notice you, let alone care about your suffering.
The truth is that God is with you right now at this very moment. He knows every single detail of your circumstances and every individual involved. He knows precisely what is needed for the best possible outcome. He knows infinitely more about what you are dealing with than you do. When we are suffering, the most important thing we can do is to stay close to God. We all have free will, so we can choose to think we will take care of everything, or we can choose to surrender our situation to God, remain in prayer, and praise Him for His influence in advance. If we remain steadfast in prayer, God can and will guide us through our challenges to His perfect will for the situation.
