It's easy to see someone's behavior and decide we know their story.
But the Holy Spirit can interrupt that judgment with something entirely different:
Compassion.
Scott describes a shift that began happening in him when he stopped only asking, “What's wrong with this person?” and started becoming curious about what might be underneath what he could see.
And there's a question from this conversation worth carrying into our own relationships:
“Holy Spirit, what is Your heart for this person?”
Because when God changes our perspective, the person we were tempted to judge can become the person we're moved to love. 💛
