It begins with experiencing the love of God.
Fear has a way of convincing us to hide, protect ourselves, and keep people at a distance.
But Scripture tells us something incredible:
"Perfect love casts out fear." (1 John 4:18)
Not because fear simply disappears...
But because the deeper we experience God's love, the less power fear has to define us.
Healing isn't about pretending your wounds don't exist.
It's about allowing the love of Christ to reach the places you've been protecting for far too long.
His love doesn't just comfort us.
It transforms us. 💛
